  1. is the lorain project a 'Midway'? i thought i remembered them saying they were going to put a bikepath next to the northern sidewalk
  2. https://www.archpaper.com/2024/01/ao-developers-revise-speculative-oklahoma-city-supertall-tallest-building-us/ upping the height - 1,907
  3. you see, the welcome center is really the 'front porch' of the tower
  4. I don't want rta thinking too small with these TOD projects. trisket, west park, west blvd can each support major projects with several hundred housing unit
  5. active projects: -united church of christ building on prospect is being converted to apts -new build on bolivar -city club apts -playhouse square building -erieview conversion -townhouses on superioe/e13 am I missing any? landmark building and huntington buildings are big ones we're still hoping for
  6. if they really do want a tower for their business partners (as theyve stated). maybe the move actually would be to build a garage on superior/w6 that can accommodate a future tower. and build hq2 where the welcome center is on PS. it's hard to tell their future growth. especially since they've been so focused on M&A over the last ten years.
  7. itove ultimately bis going to be to narrow old river road and expand the walking area
  8. sry, off topic - some of the steelyard stores are in the newly renovated Kmart spot on lorain by kamms
  9. it's the same buildings only abandoned for 20 years
  10. got some lights on
  11. some food-for-thought regarding arena size
  12. i dont know the cost to move the highway. but cheers will take 30 years and $300 million (a number that I'm not buying)
  13. I know they won't do it, but bringing the highway to the train tracks would accomplish everything CHEERS wants without needing to build out more land
  14. glad they found something to do with the bank building
  15. I was talking about euclid ave in general. not that specific building
  16. also, do the 2007 streetview tour down euclid avenue. it is amazing how much better it got
  17. From 2011 before they CSU demoed the block for a new building.
  18. I'm still afraid for this lobby. notice the celings are white. I hope they don't brighten it too much and sterilize a once cozy room.
  19. is the parking garage going okay? looks like it hasn't been worked on in a while
  20. looks like superior and w9
  21. My periodic reminder that you should be going to CSU games. They've won 16 straight at home, going back to last season. Next home game is on 1/7 against Northern Kentucky. They're on ESPN2 against Wright State on 1/4.
