active projects: -united church of christ building on prospect is being converted to apts -new build on bolivar -city club apts -playhouse square building -erieview conversion -townhouses on superioe/e13 am I missing any? landmark building and huntington buildings are big ones we're still hoping for

if they really do want a tower for their business partners (as theyve stated). maybe the move actually would be to build a garage on superior/w6 that can accommodate a future tower. and build hq2 where the welcome center is on PS. it's hard to tell their future growth. especially since they've been so focused on M&A over the last ten years.
