don't want to wade in too far since I think these marquees look silly, but also don't really care - but you also say we need to get away from cookie cutter bland designs and these look like something a theatre at legacy village would have.- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
the did a good job with the theatre rehabs, but phs really have a gaudy taste when it comes to new design. lol everything is big and gold.- Cleveland: Ohio City: Irishtown Bend Park
yea this'll be great for Wendy park connectivity- Cleveland: Downtown: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Expansion
I think (hope) this will probably end up looking okay. all the different shapes in the building will go along with the different shapes in the science center next door. Dave is right tho that more detailing would be better. I will say this - this "we made it ugly because that's rock and roll!" stuff from the architects represent everything that is hacky and annoying about the design business.- Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion

did they cut the park in half with a highway or was the edge of gordon park the old shoreline?- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
tremont has too many of these types of townhouses for there to be too strenuous an objection to design. I'm sure there'll be gutters once the build is done.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters

hopefully theyre replacing those planters- Cleveland: Ohio City: Irishtown Bend Park
between center Ave bridge rebuild and Abby closure during Intro construction, I think all those places along Columbus have dealt with significantly less traffic over the last few years. it's probabaly fair that they're concerned that franklin, the bar's direct access to w25, will be closed for several years.- Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
the building does look nicer up close than afar- Northeast Ohio / Cleveland: General Transit Thread

maybe you're right, but I thought I remembered the garage, HQ, rotunda, 9, and the building on Euclid being a part of the same deal. it also sat empty for over a decade before people 'got creative' also thought asbestos was the big issue with that conversion - Cleveland: Random Development and News
