Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I don't know if you have, but you should take a walk by the site. The sheer size of the building from the ground floor is impressive. The one thing i discounted from the original plan is that this will have a huge presence in Public Square, even being on west 3rd.

It'd even be better if Sherwin made the training center three stories with a public-use ground floor. Cafe, company history, art exhibit. Listening to interviews with the primary Pickard Chilton people, it's clear they believe public amenities in architecture creates better places. The client disagrees, i guess.

I'd like to see some shade sails in our downtown plazas for summertime. the pavement gets pretty hot in the August sun. could take them down in fall. PNC or public square would be good candidates for something like that https://www.usa-shade.com/projects/parks-recreation/parks- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News

nice job getting this in January, kjp! I agree with whoever posted above that the Green line should be to the airport and blue line to the waterfront. it'd also allow west sides to get to shaker square without a transfer- Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion

I'm surprised a place like sheetz doesn't build there. It'd have 71 visibility and also be one of the only 'nice' gas stations in the city. Filling in the old Best Buy will help get the daily traffic higher at Steelyard. Hope it helps drive future development down there- Cleveland: Random Development and News
