Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
litt really running PR for the conservatory on this Euclid Beach Park mobile home issue. odd position for a guy that talks about the evils of displacement in every other article he writes. https://www.cleveland.com/news/2023/02/western-reserve-land-conservancy-showing-guts-in-leading-community-effort-to-turn-mobile-home-park-into-lakefront-park.html

Cleveland State University Vikings Athletics Discussion
Cleveland State is playing Wright State on ESPNU on Friday. They want a good showing for TV. Tickets are $5.00. they're 16-11 and are playing pretty good basketball. https://csutickets.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/SEGetEventInfo?ticketCode=GS%3ACSUWC%3AMBB2223%3AM15%3A&linkID=csuwc&shopperContext=&pc=&caller=&appCode=&groupCode=MBB&cgc=&dataAccId=649&locale=en_US&siteId=ev_csuwc&gclid=CjwKCAiA_6yfBhBNEiwAkmXy53N7uhj917Nc4QL5a9Crd4L2-iq3Ep-WU3oUPp4PnftUPyBSJn2vhxoCRxYQAvD_BwE

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
I hope they try to match the form and materials with the park better than their previous updates. it shouldn't feel like a renovation. that shiuld have been the lesson from the shipping containers.

Cleveland: Transit Ideas for the Future
I think the ridership numbers at 120 were terrible when it was still open. and 120th is just as far from most of UC as the mayfield station.

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
to be a little more clear: from a practical standpoint, there aren't enough busses or pedestrians on superior/PS to be worried about it. (same can bee said about the need for bollards, but w/e)

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
it's just frustrating that retirement of the fleet should have been scheduled 20 years out and they instead waited until there was desperate needed before they started to secure funding

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
why can't we have two crosswalks like the original plans and the papers on the street actually call for?

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News

-
Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I do worry that fewer jobs downtown will eventually hurt the residential rental market - at least to some extent. a lot of people rent downtown because it was close to their work.
