  11. I hope they try to match the form and materials with the park better than their previous updates. it shouldn't feel like a renovation. that shiuld have been the lesson from the shipping containers.
  12. I think the ridership numbers at 120 were terrible when it was still open. and 120th is just as far from most of UC as the mayfield station.
  13. to be a little more clear: from a practical standpoint, there aren't enough busses or pedestrians on superior/PS to be worried about it. (same can bee said about the need for bollards, but w/e)
  14. I don't thin jay walking is a serious issue here.
  15. looks like 4 to 2 lanes 48 feet to 26
  16. https://horizoneroundtable.com/2023/01/04/vikings-head-into-2023-with-league-gold-on-their-minds/ Vikings head into 2023 with league gold on their minds
  17. it's just frustrating that retirement of the fleet should have been scheduled 20 years out and they instead waited until there was desperate needed before they started to secure funding
  18. why can't we have two crosswalks like the original plans and the papers on the street actually call for?
  19. really want them to move 90 back. gordon park is a dead zone inbetween the railway and the highway
  20. I do worry that fewer jobs downtown will eventually hurt the residential rental market - at least to some extent. a lot of people rent downtown because it was close to their work.
  21. https://wcpn.ideastream.org/news/the-city-club-of-cleveland-announces-exit-from-longtime-home-to-playhouse-square looks like the dwellworks old spot. this'll be a good addition to playhouse square.
