Kelley was saying bibb was factually wrong and bibb didn't reply with a substantive answer. ward 12 is kinda screwed up, geographically. his neighborhoods are separated by Newburgh Heights and the industrial valley. i live in tremont and am a part of ward 12. this seems like one that would be adjusted when they change the number of districts.
