Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
This is a corporate museum. Portraits of former CEOs, a timeline of company events painted on the wall, a decal picture of an old-timey paint delivery truck and a 15 minute documentary you can sit through 'in the theater on the right'. It should be in the loby of the office building

what a bunch of clowns. nobody, NOBODY, cares about the corporate history of a paint company. SW is not Coca-Cola. this is so ridiculous that I won't believe this is a real plan until i see their plans- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
looking at both the BOK and Devon Energy sites, it seems clear the city is going to have to make sure the parking is done right- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters

Even if that rumor is true, you could still be looking at something the size of 1111 Superior, which ain't bad- Cleveland: The Term "Northeast Ohio"
is the main complaint that Cleveland is being associated with republicans when its called Northeast Ohio? I live in the city and say I'm from Cleveland, but less than ten percent of the region actually lives within the city limits. The suburbanization and exurbanization of the area means most of the people live outside of Cleveland. And it's not like a tri-county area; there's a dozen counties (many with large towns/cities) that consider themselves to be NEO. Why would someone from Perry say they're a Clevelander? I don't think it matters, either way.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
i thought it was still parking with updated ground-floor retail- Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport
not many people live north of superior until you hit e55th. a burke park would have to be a regional draw to be high usage. i think better serve the community by investing in the land north of the RR tracks between E55th and MLK, personally- Cleveland: Downtown: Mall Development and News
would it be possible/has it ever been proposed to put grass on top of the parking decks? they are flush with the Malls and it'd create a nice Bluff Park that connects willard and huntington to the mall- Cleveland: Transit Ideas for the Future
wasn't there a plan with federal money to extend a plaza from the fedCourthouse to superior?- Cleveland: Downtown: Mall Development and News

there is more than a little mismanagement. my question is, since they are moving in the direction of online-only, why does their website stink so bad?- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
While i agree that visual design is important in building substantial structures, i wouldn't go overboard by claiming anyone in the past or the future was/will be more or less virtuous than people in the present. most of the structures that were ever built are gone and most buildings were simple wood structures that were only built to serve specific needs. there are a lot of variables involved that include more than a conscious goal of projecting an appealing vision of our society. the market changes. construction techniques, costs, capabilities change. aesthetics and business needs change.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I call it Frasier- Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
superior is a weird street. talking about scale, it is one to four story buildings from east 12th all the way to east Cleveland. most buildings have setbacks and parking lots. a lot of warehouses and light industrial. it'll never be a 'neighborhood street', so im fine with this development. im cool if east 12th north of superior and 13th becomes a spine for residential developments/townhomes and have st clair and euclid be the hubs of retail.- Cleveland Parking Discussion
the trains don't run till the bars close. transit isn't a real option right now.- Cleveland: Downtown: Euclid & 9th Tower / Schofield Building Redevelopment
