The Justice center is huge...even with a 400 foot tower. Keeping in mind that they build prisons differently than office towers, a whole new building that houses everything that's in the current complex would have to take up more than just one of the warehouse district lots.

you don't get max money for being healthy. Nobody is saying that he isn't valuable or doesn't deserve a good contract. He simply doesn't deserve the amount he is asking for and nobody in the league would pay him that kind of money, either.

You know how we make fun of the Dick Feaglers out there who say they'll never come downtown because all the department stores are gone and it's not like it was when they were younger? This anti Dolan stuff is kind of the same thing. It isn't. The indians had a good attendance base and the dolans betrayed that by selling off talent over and over again to save money. Meanwhile, the team is worth three times what they bought it for and they sold their tv station for a quarter of a billion dollars. The team isn't cheap because of a lack of support, it's the other way around.

Maybe its because nobody believes the dolans are actually interested in winning.
