There are no shows that are just fun to listen to. none of the major personalities are that creative or funny and they all lean on calls and quarterback talk. Radio is the most intimate form of media, and both stations just stick to analysis.
  13. The gilbert/manziel round really hurt^^. Imagine how different our feelings about this season would be if the browns drafted two offensive players who actually deserve to start for a good team.
  14. 'district' is a buzzword that already feels tacky
  15. This is more than 'better than nothing'. The city was in dire need of new-builds for both offices and apartments. They serve a need for a segment of the population, offer an alternative to old buildings, and its success serves as a case study to help justify more new-builds downtown. when they do phase 3, the project will be dense and help connect the flats to the rest of the warehouse district. The city needs both Cains and locally owned places.

He isn't worth more than that. Does paul think Thompson would get the max on the open market? He can't run an offense or get his own shots and he isn't a good defender. Why would someone pay him more than what the cavs have offered for an offensive rebounder?
  18. Because, a traffic light there would make your commute to the clinic 45 seconds longer.
