there's been discussion on this in the cleveland state thread. think the charge moved because they have greater flexibility with scheduling at the auditorium. wolstein loses the school like a million dollars a year or something like that. I don't mind the woodling, but many sports programs use that space already, might get tight if both basketball teams need to use it for games and practices - on top of the other sports. I think CSU should try to partner with someone like bedrock, have them build a modest arena and let bedrock make the money on mid-sized events (bands, comedians, wrestling). Csu could then demo the wolstein and try to sell the land
