Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
I really don't get what the problem with this building is. they just proposed some ugly af buildings on Euclid in midtown and nobody cares. But this 7 storey building on a weird and awkward lot, on a hill, cut off by a bridge is so prime that it deserves a multi hundred million dollar build.

Brook Park: New Cleveland Browns Stadium
the press needs to challenge the idea that the new stadium won't immediately have an upkeep and renovation cost. are we supposed to believe there won't be a 10 million dollar a year upkeep with a 100 million dollar ask in a decade?

Current Events
am I the only one who thinks the current events section is a net-negative for this forum? it breeds resentment and, honestly, only serves to lower the credibility of everyone who regularly posts in there. I popped in this morning after not looking at it for several years, and it's just as ugly as it ever was.

between NBA, AHL, WNBA - the Q would host 100 home regular season games per year. plus pre and post season. I'd be very happy if the arena was only dark for one or two days a week, regardless of attendance, and a WNBA franchise would definitely help.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
The Problem is there is nobody and nothing to the north or the south to support superior ave once you pass e13. Until the area between chester and superior is build up, the shops on superior will have to be destinations.- Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
anyone else feeling the apathy towards the team this year? even before the season started. Nobody at work talks about them, downtown is not popping without the w6th tailgates - even during home games. I'll have to walk around tonight to see what the scene is - a lot of tickets on secondary markets for under $50. I really think there won't be a ton of pressure from the fans for the county to pay up. Jimmy may have finally broken the fan base.- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
hope they can last there. cursed spot- Cleveland: Downtown: Ten60 Bolivar Apartments
it's a big project- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
there are no good gas stations in the city. one good sheetz in steelyard would drive 3 or four west side gas stations out of business. 14th connects 71 to 90. there is a lot of rush hour traffic at that intersection- Cleveland: Random Development and News
is it possible to have the midway go thru the square and re-dig out the streetcar ramps or has that ship sailed?- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
it's a brand, if they named it- Cleveland: Campus District
I felt that tri c should merge with csu. csu could just offer a more robust associates program- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
yea, somewhere. its going to be a dispensary- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
the amount of subsidy obviously matters to whether there are economic benefits- Ohio Intercity Rail (3C+D Line, etc)

there was a plan to move the port in 2008 to e55. I think at a cost of $500 million - back when $500 million bought you something. I have to believe that moving the port in 2024 would be over a billion dollars.- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I think moving the port would be very expensive.- Cleveland SC Soccer Stadium
consider this a part of the gateway project, move the sin tax money earmarked to the browns to this stadium.- Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
its not terrible, but I wouldn't call it authentic louisiana cooking. - Cleveland WNBA Bid
