The 2 -story restaurant on the pier, the Geis parking lot, or the multimodal transit center? All of the above?

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
It doesn't mean anything dense, and usually means multiple buildings. More Progressive than Eaton. Basically. I think they are being honest when they say they're weighing all options. Also don't be surprised if the consolidation includes a significant chunk of the Toledo office. The Columbus sales consolidation, from what I understand, was driven by wanting to have a presence, signage, next to the statehouse.

Sure, no problem. It's updated.

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
It's getting difficult to contain the proposed downtown projects within a single view.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
I've heard them on the blue line as well, leaving tower city. It was an 'introduction' of sorts to the ad agency, Commuterads I think. It was ear-piercingly loud, and I think was supposed to be portraying a guy standing by a passing subway. He's overly cheery, saying "Hey we're CommuterAds and we're going to be joining you on your commute to let you know about X,Y, and Z. Then some cheesy line like 'Save a seat for me!'" It was cringe-worthy and disturbing on multiple levels.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
The word I keep hearing around the water coolers re:2020 is 'Campus'. I hope that's not the decision in the end. It would be a great opportunity to move into something like Nucleus, which would (potentially) be finished by then. It doesn't seem like staying in the Rose building is likely.

Ran into this same thing taking my wife and parents downtown. Wanted to buy 4 all-day passes once I got to tower city. I had a 20 dollar bill. Nope, no option to queue up 4 all day passes, they must be purchased one-by-one by the machine that only accepts correct change. So I had to use the other machine (non-display, specific for all-day passes) that spits out dollar coins as change and feed them back in for each all-day pass. I feel like before they simplified the key press counts, you were to be able to add additional tickets to your order.

How do cities such as New Orleans maintain their older rail equipment? I understand that parts for these Breda cars are no longer manufactured, but is there no alternative other than cannibalizing our existing cars? Is there no way to source parts from other cities/transit agencies with Breda's? Can whichever parts are failing be remanufactured/rebuilt?

I also like the 'Drive sober or get pulled over' signs on the Tower City station walls. Are those directed at the train operators?

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
It seemed like every other run out the clock situation I've watched. That's 20 seconds off the clock each time, and 20 seconds not passing the ball around and dribbling through traffic, which can lead to turnovers, fast breaks, and a lead disappearing much more quickly.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
If the train is picking up passengers from basically the entirety of line except for 34th (and the majority of those passengers are headed downtown), why not just have TC be the last stop, and go out of service at that point and head back to the yard? Would it tick off too many people waiting for trains at TC, or is the perception of a train speeding by 34th and 79th without stopping on the way back the reasoning for this procedure?

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
Does anyone know why some of the weekday evening eastbound green/blue line trains stop at 79th and don't continue on to TC?

Interesting. Harbor Group International still owns "Euclid Avenue Garage LLC" which owns 515 Euclid (along with 200 Public Sq): http://www2.sos.state.oh.us/reports/rwservlet?imgc&Din=201432300226 But I noticed that the Cuyahoga County property ownership records show it as "Euclid Avenue Garage LLC & Samal Euclid LLC" but that also lists to Harbor Group: http://www2.sos.state.oh.us/reports/rwservlet?imgc&Din=201432300227 So I dunno..... What about this one? Stark 515: http://www2.sos.state.oh.us/reports/rwservlet?imgc&Din=201431800350

Walking by 515 Euclid today, I noticed a Stark Enterprises sign hanging from the top of one of the windows on the ground floor stating 'Now Leasing'. Did the 515 garage change hands (I may have missed this)? Or would there be other situations where Stark could lease space there?

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
No, it was MMO's attempt to lure back their business for health insurance, which incidentally worked. They do cash-mob type activities with their employees to try to lure in business or retain current customers.
