Are all the houses on the short section of East 115th renovated? Also what is the condition of the houses/neighborhood on Wade Park Avenue?

I had to drive there this year. I paid 6 bucks to park at the University Hospitals garage on Mayfield Road. Hopefully next year I will be able to just walk!

I thought the 60's were over. But we have recently just destroyed several historic buildings and more seem to be on the way.

^ I would say thats out because of the Super Walmart. If it was just a normal Walmart I could see that but since that Walmart sells food also, Giant Eagle is very unlikely.

So originally the one on the north side where the parking lot still stands was supposed to be a part of phase 1?

I still want to know exactly what this thing will look like. Is this the final look? Whats the material and Im not sure what I think about the funky window design. Either way, this will be a great addition to the area and I cant wait till its complete.

I passed the dorms yesterday and from the quick look I got the bricks on the front are starting to cover a good amount of the building on the east side. Its starting to look good from what I saw.

This area will get a much needed makeover. I cant wait till everything is finished!

I think that parking lot will be destroyed in phase two of Uptown.

^ The casino will be built no matter what. And my problem with the garage is that it will create a nightmare for pedestrians.

Exactly, this is not a deal breaker. And it doesn't take much effort/creativity to work around these buildings.
