Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
Isn't this all money from the federal government? Id rather have it spent here then somewhere else, like the 3C project.

Another Dumb-a$$ List / Ranking of Cities
<b> Cities on the Brink</b> Are you sure you want to live here? Most of these cities aren't in imminent danger of bankruptcy or default, but fiscal irresponsibility, a deteriorating tax base, soaring pension costs or a combination of all three means residents may want to consider moving before they get stuck with the bill... http://www.forbes.com/forbes/2011/0214/real-estate-bankruptcy-taxes-pensions-cities-on-brink.html

Cleveland Snowfall
Burke doesnt do any measurements? I guess Hopkins would be the best other source to estimate the amount of snow we get downtown correct?

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
^It would be sad. You would be able to see this beautiful building, but trapped in a glass box.

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
Yeah, they have been doing that like crazy in DC, but the difference is they are not removing the old exterior. This isnt a new concept just at a larger scale! Look at the Schofield building! I wonder what the cost difference between removing the old exterior and just building over it like this. I know one benefit is not having to shut down operations inside

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
Look at this comment from Cleveland.com "I didn't see the actual full price... It only said $121... didn't say million or thousand.... If its million its an absolute atrocity, if its hundred-thousand its just a small waste of money." They must live in a fairytale land if they think its even possible it only costs $121,000.

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
Very interesting. What do you guys think? I like the original design but this doesn't look to bad. Looks modern. It will be interesting to see how this will add to our skyline I would have liked to see this building get a new skin on the visual side of things. I understand why the federal building is the one being renovated though. http://media.cleveland.com/business_impact/photo/eastohiojpg-4815b4f2d025bae6.jpg

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
I have a question but didn't want to bring back an old project thread and get people excited over nothing. It's about the lakefront development projects on the land north if the Browns stadium. I was wondering what the planned heights of the buildings where. I know the plans weren't extremly planned out but I was wondering if there was still any general idea on height. I know on Burke airport land there is a limit on how high you would be able to build and I was wondering if there was any difference with the land by the stadium. Aren't they both landfill essentially?

Race Preference Test
I feel like the test is flawed because when I click a white face is black, it assumes im thinking white is good. Also when I click a black face white, it assumes im saying black is bad. ^Sounds kind of confusing, but will probably make a little more sense once you take the test.

Race Preference Test
I dont know how good this thing works...my mind cant do the change My result was: Your data suggest a moderate automatic preference for European American compared to African American. Try it https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/demo/selectatest.html go down to the Race IAT takes about 5 minutes (it goes faster if you skip all the beginning information part and skip right to the test)
