I don't think market size is a big deal. LeBron is the biggest star athlete in the world and he has done that in Cleveland. Before him it was Tiger Woods and he's not associated with any city. All you have to do is be the best at your sport. The cities market size doesn't matter anymore.

I don't think lebron is going to Miami because he doesn't want to be a follower. Miami is Dwane Wade's town and lebron knows it. Lebron wants to bring people where he goes.

That's a perfect place for a plaza that could help the community and also that building wasn't worth keeping or being mad about it being gone. Building destructions downtown suck but in this case it's not so bad

well if you want something close to downtown then why not downtown. There are several apartments in your price range that would allow cats. And it wouldn't be too far from work either.

I was stopped at a red light on east 55th and a cop was next to me in the turning lane. The intersection was full but with no cross traffic so the police speeds up pulls into my lane goes through the red light drives fast on the dotted line inbetween the two lanes going north and then gets stuck by traffic and calms down and starts going with the flow of traffic. I was like what the hell was that!
