I agree with everything you guys said about Mike Brown. He's not the best coach he just has a good cast. I would be glad to see him fired.

Cleveland: Health-Tech Corridor
Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor could solve space problem Laboratory and office space for up-and-coming biomedical companies has been tight in the University Circle area of Cleveland for several years. Not a bad problem to have, until you start turning away promising young tenants for lack of space. And consider this: Northeast Ohio, which had about 250 biomedical companies in 2003, now has more than 600. So the space problem is probably getting worse. http://www.medcitynews.com/2010/04/cleveland-health-tech-corridor-could-solve-space-problem/

Cleveland Question
What do you have in mind? Superior through that area is very nice IMO. The rest of the area to the North of superior is basically light industrial or former industrial buildings now used for small offices. I know there are a couple calling centers on St. Clair (Dish TV notably). If CSU expands North as expected then the highlighted area (South of St. Clair) could probably support some nice new housing developments with some new bars/restaurants along Superior or Payne. Im not sure i was just thinking that it could be used some way better then it is used now based on what other people were saying

Cleveland Question
- Cleveland: Downtown: Mall Development and News
This could probably go in the medical mart topic but i didn't see a discussion on the malls so i put it here. Public meetings for medical mart, Moussa Salti and new development near Hopkins: Whatever Happened to? But now, the public will have a chance to weigh in May 6 at a Cleveland planning commission meeting, which will focus on the surface of the downtown Mall. And May 27, after an MMPI presentation to a joint meeting of the city planning and landmarks commissions and downtown design review committee. http://blog.cleveland.com/metro/2010/04/post_270.html It would be great if they could make it into something that people actually would want to go to and spend time in. Fountains, a nice playground would be interesting, a unique fountain, just random things that would make it more alive- Cleveland Question
Its a good location, to bad the land isn't used for something better- Cleveland Question
