Stairs. :-D Nope =) Ladder? After thinking about it, isn't it somekind of radio broadcast thing or something like that, but VERY small? Can a human even fit in there? Correct it is a ladder. I believe floors 44 to 51 which are served by a spiral staircase in the middle were once home to radio broadcast and things like that but are now vacant There was a photo thread that had some neat pictures of those floors http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php/topic,21706.0.html That was my photo thread :-D
