  1. What is going on at these buildings? http://goo.gl/maps/yOXbx The facade is now a random mix of colors including green and blue. Kind of a drunk checkerboard effect.
  2. Has it been posted on here that Mynt Martini will be part of this project?
  3. Looking at that rendering again, that location is now going to be a "Program/Event Plaza" The one story retail entertainment building is north of that.
  4. The most current plan shows that lot as a "One story retail entertainment building"
  5. A couple 7 story buildings seem to be the tallest.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if Sandy tripped over it.... It was working two days ago
  7. Hahah, with that scoring technique the Browns are probably undefeated!!!
  8. Every third down play is throw short of the first down. Its a Browns strategy. When other teams have 3rd and 5, they throw for 5 yards, maybe more. When the Browns have 3rd and 5, we throw for 4 yards, and a lot of times less!
  9. Wow, when you get the time you should look at these. 200 pictures in all http://www.flickriver.com/photos/lake2112/random/
  10. If only we gave $5.8 million to the West Side Market like we did the Cleveland Browns Stadium this year.
  11. West Side Market, starting second century, will see public investment, private fundraising pitch CLEVELAND, Ohio -- West Side Market shoppers, rejoice: Revamped public restrooms come first on a long list of repairs planned for the historic building. Cleveland's public market turned 100 on Friday, entering a new century with all the aches and pains of old age. Fixing the most severe of those ailments, from the dingy bathrooms to clogged pipes, would cost nearly $2.5 million, according to a detailed study of the property by Westlake Reed Leskosky, a local architectural firm. Toss in other trouble spots and a few opportunities, like the potential transformation of a long-forgotten second-floor locker room into an events space, and the bill approaches $8.6 million. http://www.cleveland.com/business/index.ssf/2012/11/west_side_market_starting_seco.html#incart_river_business
  12. Great job capturing Chagrin Falls. Very nice photos. Downtown Chagrin Falls is looking good! Much better than Eton
  13. Why not park at tower city?
  14. All this Mcdonalds talk doesn't make me hungry one bit!
  15. Showed this to some friends last night. We all agree it's very well done. Thanks MTS. p.s. Anyone remember how to locate that Asian-produced CLE/NEO promo video? That was also pretty inspiring. Nice. esp. liked the interracial aspect of it.... Good to know Kyrie Irving, one of the most eligible young bachelors, lives downtown. Wonder how many other pro athletes do? Theres were a couple that I knew of, but not sure about currently... Grady Sizemore lives in Ohio City (w.25th street) The ones I know of for sure...Kyrie Irving, Joe Haden, Phil Taylor, Montario Hardesty, Grady (not for long). Varajao definitely did 2-3 years ago (still might). JJ Hickson, Antawn Jamison, and Brian Robiskie did when they were playing in Cleveland. Also, when I looked into living in 668 they mentioned a few Indians lived there. I believe Dion Waiters lives in 668
  16. Guess what I watched on youtube today thanks to you. :-D
  17. I like comic book movies but the avengers substituted a storyline for non stop action. The little storyline that did exist wasn't even that great.
  18. This was not in a bus stop though. The bus stop is further down chester, across from the greyhound stations front doors. The officer also parked his car in front of a fire hydrant.
  19. Im not that familiar with movies that were filmed in Cleveland but one movie that I thought was bad was the Avengers. I did not understand the hype
  20. It was at the southeast corner of Chester and East 13th
  21. An RTA cop on Chester? You sure it was RTA? Positive. I was thinking the same thing so I double checked. His RTA cop car was parked there too.
  22. So are RTA police responsible for writing parking tickets on Chester? I saw one there last week doing so. I would have preferred to see them riding the healthline or something.
  23. Flats East Bank Beachwood I prefer the brick. I also like how the flats east bank building has more architectural details, and is not just a plain box like the beachwood one. The roof feature blends nicely with the flats one, while it looks awkward and out of place on the beachwood one. And the retail spaces are also a plus. Im not saying im in love with the flats one, but while you prefer the beachwood one, I prefer the flats one. For me it blows away the beachwood one.
  24. I prefer the flats east one by far
  25. Do you have a larger version of the sixth picture?
