The sign is not that bad its a lot better than K-Lines old sign I agree but it is covering something better though IMO.

Back to the original post in this thread, I think the Casino will probably take the top spot. Also looking at those numbers make me wish we had a rail connection to the zoo. And Playhouse Square.

First part is good. Second part, not so much. The only way they should use that space is if they cant find anyone to rent it out, which wouldn't be a good sign.

I was in the area like a month ago so decided to check it out for the first time. The inside was dead. I dont get the appeal of the place. If I had to choose I would go to Crocker Park anyday over Eton. Id rather go to Shaker Square though.

Filling In Euclid Avenue is almost pointless. We have a University Circle thread, Midtown Thread, Cleveland State Thread, Playhouse Square Thread, East 4th Street thread, and then individual building threads(John Hartness Brown, Truman, Schofield, May Company, etc.) And then we have a thread for retail news, restaurant news, and apartment/condo news. Its too much!!!! :D The rule should just be, if the project has a dedicated thread for it, dont post it anywhere else. Example... An article/post about the Schofield Building should be in the Schofield Building thread. The article should not also be posted in the more generic, residences thread, hotel thread, restaurant thread, or retail thread. It could technically fit all of those threads but it only makes sense to post it in the thread dedicated to the project.

Just wondering, can you share with us which stations have the highest ridership?

I'm sure the building owner is not turning down a department store because they want a Cadillac ranch instead lol. Unfortunatly no department store wants to come downtown.

Not really. The building cant be bigger than 40,000 Square feet, right? Divide that by 4 floors and you get about 10,000 sq ft per floor. First floor is retail so you take that out and you are left with 30,000 sq ft, probably less because of the skylight. Divide that by 36 apartments and you get 833.33 sq ft per apartment, which really isnt that high.

Besides the cheap seats, which fill up pretty decently, its hard for families to justify the expense. At $25 per ticket, for a family of four it costs $100, not including parking or any food and drinks. At $50 a ticket, its $200. Even for a couple to go, it could cost 50 to like $200. I dont blame people for not going, and I dont think he should continue to openly bash the fans. I like him as a player a lot though. The team isnt that great, and doesn't really have any big names. The fans dont like the owners either.

How much does it cost to run a bus route per hour. I have seen the Shoregate route run pretty late, and it is almost always 0 to 2 people. How much are we wasting by running that line so late?

^ I think they are dangerously full. I think they could possibly get in trouble for how packed they are at times.

What about removing one of the East 79th street station? Its extremely low density and is served by both the Red and Green/Blue lines.
