Ohio Cities' Downtown Population
I dont like including the West Bank. I call that its own neighborhood. Not a part of Ohio City, even though technically it is, though in reality, its not.

Ohio Cities' Downtown Population
Well with those 3, if you include those entire neighborhoods, gets you 29,323. If you only take the heart of those neighborhoods you get 17,234

Ohio Cities' Downtown Population
Question for Cincinnati So Downtown Population(Excluding OTR) is 5,657 And including OTR they are saying around 13,000 I see it really hard to get to 20,000 by the next census for one reason. OTR could lose population by the next census, dropping the 13,000 lower. This is because when you look at these census tracts in OTR, they are losing 10 to 25% of their population. The mostly black census tracts are losing a large percentage of their black population and gaining lower amount of white population. But that is how it usually works. A family of 4 or so might move out, and a young professional by themself, or possibly with a spouse, bringing 1 or 2 people in. So you lose about 2 people from the population total, possibly more. So this 13,000 number could easily be lower by 2020, so thats why I believe 20,000 in unrealistic. I do believe the population with be wealthier though.

Still hoping for something in the Corner where the Sherwin Williams billboard is(former Lebron James billboard). I saw an old rendering for that spot that shows something significant could work there. And it could work well with Dan Gilberts "Mini Time Square" idea.

Cleveland Public Square: The Past vs Today
I'm not calling you an ass, but I find this asinine! We do not need any additional parking in the center of the city. What positive could come from the additional 518 spaces considering there is an overabundance of parking within a 300/350 yard radius of the square. Why do we need to emulate millennium park? Just thinking, if we are going to rip up public square, it could be useful to hide parking away underground. It would make other lots less desirable/profitable, as well as bring people right to public square. If you had pedestrian exits and entrances on the square people would be walking through the square to leave and get back to their car, increasing the amount of people walking through the park. And Millenium Park is now Chicagos second highest tourist attraction, just behind Navy Pier. So clearly it has been successful, has driven a lot of development around it, and is always a fun active area. Nothing wrong with that! Improving Public Square could drive development on the Public Square lot, as well as the nearby Warehouse District lots.

Cleveland: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
City hop was really good the year that Taste of Tremont was the same day. I had my grandparents go and they loved it, and really enjoyed Tremont. The next year they were disappointed when they got to Tremont and there was just some civil war thing going on.
