Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
Its in the May Company garage so people consider it to be part of it.

Cleveland: University Circle: Centric Development (formerly Intesa)
The parking garage is a joke for a development in between two of Cleveland's densest neighborhoods, and on the link of Little Italy to University Circle, AND for being directly next to a rapid transit station, and a short walk from the Healthline. This city CAN'T be walkable and dense if we keep building parking garages everywhere!

Cleveland: Hotel Development
I remember someone here posted a picture of another city which had a building that looked just like this by the same architect. Can somebody post that picture?

Awesome find! Thanks for sharing. Cleveland looks far better in Aerials in my opinion.

Cleveland: Jack Cleveland Casino
Ive never experienced how that works so could you explain? Could I technically just walk in and get the ticket validated by the casino? Or spend one dollar on a slot machine and then get it validated?

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
The only reason I would think a Lakefront line for visitors would make sense is if they wanted to to stop at all the hotels. The problem is that their proposal does not do that. Their proposal is actually pretty terrible in my opinion. I would prefer a route more similar to this. It stops at almost all Downtown Hotels, as well as most of downtowns attractions. http://g.co/maps/v8azb

Cleveland: University Circle: Centric Development (formerly Intesa)
I think it would be interesting to do a market assessment among various demographic groups in which two of the questions asked is: If you could rent an apartment without a parking space included and save $100 per month on your rent, would that apartment be more attractive to you or less? Which would you prefer at the same rent level -- an apartment without a parking space but with higher-quality finishes and amenities (in-suite laundry, balcony, better views, etc) or an apartment with a parking space included but having lower-quality finishes and fewer amenities? I would love to see those results. Also add some sort of question asking how much they are willing to pay per month

Cleveland skyline. Post your pictures!
The north creates an awkward skyline in my opinion because the big 3 look extremely separated from the rest. My favorite views are from the East. They are just hard to come by. The view in the picture under my name is one of my favorites(and not because I took it) :D

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Non profit or not they shouldn't be allowed to deface public property. Just because you are "local" doesn't give you exemption rights of a law. Also, I can almost guarantee you that once the event is over, whoever put them down wont come back around with something to scrape them off, it'll be left for the new ambassadors to clean up after them. If they wanted to promote it in conjunction with local businesses, they could have done window stickers. That is a problem. Nobody takes down what they put up. Then you have a cluttered mess of event advertisements that are months to years old.

Well now its time for the east side! <a href="http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php/topic,27242.new.html#new"> Cleveland: East Side Residential Development </a> <a href="http://www.urbanohio.com/forum2/index.php/topic,25637.msg550970.html#msg550970"> Cleveland: West Side Residential Development </a> 1. Cleveland: Random Development and News
Same here. And that last one would be terrible to have in any downtown IMO. The first one is just an attention whore garage attempting to steal the attention away from beautiful historical buildings surrounding by being covered with tacky lights :P

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I believe the concrete will go up another 3 floors or so.
