I think we should be looking at hotels with the convention center opening soon and lots of hi caliber events to take place. You cannot sell/market those events or add new events, without having the infrastructure. Dont forget about all the hotels either underway or planned. Flats east bank Westin in the old Crown Plaza John Hartness Brown buildings Schofield Possibly the Board of Education building Am I missing any others?- Cleveland: Downtown Aquarium
@MTS Baltimore did not just have "a lot of so-so exhibits" though. I think the seatube is a big plus for our aquarium but based on the rendering, it seems like there is not that many exhibits. Who's to say our small aquarium wont have several "so-so exhibits?" I do hope for the best though, just not sure if I like the current pricing. Lets hope im wrong! For memory- Cleveland: Downtown Aquarium
^^ ^^^ Id have to agree with both of you. It could be hard for families to afford. Also the size of the aquarium could leave some people disappointed. The National Aquarium in Baltimore, which is much larger, is $24.95 for adults. Its a tad bit more expensive, not much though, and you are getting ALOT more for your money.- Cleveland: Warehouse District: Development and News
^^^^ Where did you get that conclusion from? :wtf: They are already planning a transit center with 3 floors of apartments over retail and a 13 floor apartment building. Also a 540 car parking garage. Finding financing will be hard enough, adding the office tower could delay it even further. Also is the demand there for a new office tower? I dont believe so at this time. I do hope they build this thing so that in the future a tower could be built, but that can be expensive.- I did what?

From what you shared, I liked this plan. And if this is done correctly, I can really see this promoting development on the adjacent lots.- Cleveland / Lakewood: The Edge Developments

What about the parking garage for the Calfee? That hasn't even started correct? Will that delay the Schofield Building?- Cleveland: Downtown: Euclid & 9th Tower / Schofield Building Redevelopment

^^ Its about the same distance from Downtown as Tremont(avoiding highways) and has a better Commercial District. Also it could connect to Tremont if a lift bridge were built at the end of Jefferson, connecting to Rockefeller.- Cleveland/Oberlin - Possible Relocation?
True, but it's not like Lakewood is your typical suburb that lacks culture. It's diverse and has a lot to offer imho. Plus, Lakewood has less crime and much better public services like police and snow removal. And values new Mcdonalds over saving historical buildings!- NBA: General News & Discussion
That would mean that contracts become void.- Cleveland/Oberlin - Possible Relocation?
What about Kamms Corner? 30 minutes away from Oberlin and about 15 minutes from Downtown. You would also have access to the red line which could take you to Ohio City, Downtown, University Circle, and Little Italy.- The YouTube Thread
When I stumbled across his videos today I saw that he has a lot of them, all following the same formula. He is a little bit more calm in the newer ones though. Probably started hurting his throat yelling like that lol- Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
And one bedroom from what ive heard- CLEVELAND: What one "speculative" project would you like to see built?
I like the first downtown loop KJP posted alot. The second one, not so much. Goes too far out of the way and ignores the Gateway District and East 4th.- The YouTube Thread
