Did some math and found out that the north half of Tremont has... White: 2276 74% Black: 742 24% Asian: 44 1% Could not get hispanic information.
  2. Nice! Cant wait for part 2 and 3
  3. The Blue Point Grille Building is starting to need a scrubbing again.
  4. I have a feeling these could turn out really cool looking, or completely hideous
  5. Went to the Indians game last night. While we were down there we walked over to CSU and took a couple pictures of the dorm. Sorry for the poor picture quality. It was sunny and we were using my girlfriends camera phone(which actually usually takes pretty good pictures.)
  6. Most likely Thome will be back by tomorrow. Now we just need to bring back Vizquel!
  7. Thank you, just added it. Nice article. Just dont want developers incorporating green space into all of their projects
  8. Just a few questions. 1. Is C.L.E. Clothing Co. actually moving into the Windsor Building corner storefront on East 4th? 2. Whats with the storefront next Dredgers Union? 3. Any idea what the plans are for the Volk's building?
  9. My friend showed me this. Im personally not a fan. But I like the tweet. https://twitter.com/#!/NICKIMINAJ/status/96034671116292097
  10. To my knowledge, there are still tenants on some of those other floors. I believe Key Bank is renting some space on those floors. Key is on like the top 3 floors I believe.
  11. I saw this on facebook and it makes me really wish we had this on Euclid Avenue...
  12. Please tell me thats sarcasm. If not this is exactly the type of comment RnR and other suburbanites would find offensive. sh!t I'm black/latin, live within the borders of Cleveland and find that offensive. From one of our own posters... Here is a part of a story of theirs about a park and how different black kids and white kids act. And im not calling this poster racist just to clarify.
  13. What houses were at risk?
  14. Just saying, the playground would most likely have black kids at it and alot of racist/semi racist people that live in the suburbs wouldn't want to take there kids anyways. I dont really think a playground is necessary downtown anyways.
  15. Lots of people out today trying to catch the action. Not much happening though. Lots of flipped over taxis and destroyed cars, trucks and nypd cars. More building pieces as well. I did see a scene with extras dressed up in business suits with brief cases and covered and dirt running and screaming while they had smoke and fire. Only had my terrible camera on my cheap cell phone so here are a couple pictures. There were decent views from Euclid and Prospect but we decided to go to the top of Ameritrust parking garage where there were only like 2 other guys up there. Half of the Prospect side crowd(Way larger crowd on Euclid Avenue)
  16. Just added Milton Manor and 1281 W 9th St. Does anyone know what is above Zocalo and Dredgers Union on East 4th? I have always assumed apartments or condos but cannot find any information on them.
  17. Hopefully 15th...
  18. Thanks everyone! And im not super concerned with getting all the homeless shelters and public housing building. Do you know the name of the building and how many units?
  19. I think until at least Sept 1. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So cool...check out this video: http://www.cleveland.com/avengers/index.ssf/2011/08/the_avengers_filming_in_clevel.html WOW, thats awesome. I wish I was down there right now!
  20. Thanks guys. Ive added The Allerton and Bohn tower. I also sorted the list on the side from most to least units. Any other input is appreciated!
  21. Here is a place to post pictures from the filming of the movie. Here are a couple. I have more that Ill post later. Feel free to post your own! It was cool to see the fake building pieces scattered around. They also installed a phone booth and solar powered parking meter.

  24. Im in the process of making a map of all Downtown Residencies. Here is what I have so far. Zooming in makes it better and you can click on a building to see how many units it has. http://tinyurl.com/DowntownCleveland Also map is same key as my other map posted in the Cleveland Random Development thread. Blue is the extent of the Ameritrust Complex Red is Section 8 Green are other current/underway/kindofhappening projects with possible residential aspects. [glow=red,2,300]Yellow are current residential buildings.[/glow]
