    Voted for you justin!
  2. Anyone know how many homicides there have been this year? I want to see if last year's lower number was just a fluke. According to crime reports, there have been 26 since February 2nd.
  3. Correct! Correct
  4. Have a picture?
  5. Liked this quote by Phil Dawson. They asked him if he thought that he would have an opportunity to play for a winning team before we franchise tagged him. He responded... "I want to win, everyone in that locker room wants to win. There’s no guarantee when you go anywhere that you’re automatically going to win. We’ve got a group of guys in there that are focused on accomplishing that. I’m here this year and I would enjoy nothing more, especially given the fact that it would be here in front of those same fans that showed so much support to me and my family at the end of last year. Having been here for 12 years and going through all the stuff we’ve talked about, for this team to win and for me to be a part of that, that would be much more meaningful to me than if it happened anywhere else."
  6. 3 years they said

My girlfriend and I, and another couple have been thinking about going Jet Skiing and I was wondering if anyone here has gone before. How was it? I found this place in the Flats that you can rent them for $95 an hour. Anyways here is the website. Looks like it would be a good time. http://greatlakeswatersports.sports.officelive.com/JetSkis.aspx
  10. Based on all the comments it doesn't seem like it though
  11. unfortunately I have another headline on my yahoo http://news.yahoo.com/best-worst-u-cities-travel-taxes-221304456.html The head line was "another reason not to visit Cleveland", and when you clicked on it the above story came up. Exactly the one I was talking about. And we are number 7 on the list. Why single us out? Cause its forbes...
  12. Just go to yahoo's home page
  13. ^ "a key block that the university hopes to transform into a $50 million commercial, retail and residential development." I like that!

Cleveland State Recreation Center. Would cost you a few bucks though I believe.
  15. I remember loving going to Time Square Restaurant and getting the largest basket of fresh cut fries you will ever seen. Basically it was just a lunch tray that they filled up with fries at least a half foot high. And the price was pretty good. Probably wasnt the healthiest thing in the world though :)
  16. I love this picture
  17. It would be awesome to be there in the neighborhoods prime. The demographics have definitely changed. Today this area is around 90% Black. It seems that the income might be a little higher then surrounding areas. Cant tell you about the crime though.
  18. too bad the rides are gone.
  19. It is a dumpy place, but I wouldn't say it's an old folks place. I usually see a pretty good mix of people in there -- different incomes, races, ages, orientations, etc. The food is mostly cheap bar food. I've never had a bad meal there, but if you want to impress a date with your knowledge of fine cuisine, don't go to Tick Tock. But if you want to watch the ballgame, have a beer and eat well for a good price, the Tick Tock is just right. My suggestions: try the reuben or the hall of fame burger. Thanks alot for the review KJP. I saw the good prices and thought Id give a try. Definitely not looking for fine dining, just some good, cheap food. Good to hear that you have had good experiences there. By dumpy do you mean the building is a dump? Hows the interior?
  20. Thanks, I was thinking about giving it a try but I guess I'll find somewhere else.
  21. Supposedly the valuations are outdated. And the building is fully occupied and is adjacent to the flats east bank construction.
