It's sad the whole thing is driving a ninety-something year old woman's name through the mud. I wish someone close to her, who is not on the Greenacres gravy train, would have a chat with her about the whole deal. I really wonder what her mental state is. I also hope the financial might of Greenacres and its board does not bulldoze justice and let them get away with this crap.

Who cares if it looks contemporary? Most contemporary architecture looks like trash. The building would look very nice if it were better proportioned. As it is, it looks alright, but not as nice as it could. The sooner a significantly taller building shows up between this one and the Carew, the better. Partly because it will make the sheer chubbiness of the QC/GAT less prominent.

This really is good news. I believe OTR becoming a brewing haven again is a vital part of putting the city back on the map. It brings back recognizable history and culture.
