I rented from Al back in 2001-2002. Compared to all the other landlords I had, he was pretty good. Granted, he's a jerk to talk to, but as I only spoke to him when I signed my lease and when I moved out that was fine. He had an amazing handy man service. Once we lost heat over Christmas break. We came back to find the house freezing. The maintenance guy came out and stayed for 24 hours just to make sure he had fully fixed it! I was amazed because most of my other landlords would take forever to fix anything, if they ever did.
