I have just graduated from Michigan State University and I took a job offer in Cleveland. It's located in Industrial Valley, just south of 490. I start on Monday, June 14th, so I'm in somewhat of a hurry to find a place. The neighborhood that has really stood out to me is Tremont, with its close proximity to downtown as well as my workplace. Particularly, I like that it's close to the Jake since I will be going there often. I'm definitely into the bar scene and the bars in Tremont seem to be very much my type. I'm looking for a 1 BR, maybe 2 BR, that allows for cats. The only problem with what I've seen in Tremont is that most of the apartments are simply a floor of a house that someone is renting out. I'd really prefer an actual complex since I've dealt with them in college it and it's very little hassle. If that means no Tremont, then so be it, but I'd still like something close to downtown. My price range is between $700-$900. Any help or suggestions on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
