The city Precincts have a higher reporting % than the county. I'm seeing 93% for the city and only 77% for the county.

Hamilton Cty is getting their act together finally. 55% of precincts reporting.

As for city council, I'm guessing 6 of the 9 are streetcar friendly!??!

I think reporters are getting the Yes/No mixed up. Fox19 just said Yes are leading, but graphic showed 53% No votes leading.

The theory some of us/me have is if the more conservative westside votes no, issue 9 will fail. They're easy to bad mouth but most do like their city — a (not your stereotypical) Westsider

^Interesting. The casino wouldn't open until 2012? I was expecting a temporary tent setup deal. They're saying the right things about integrating it within the neighborhood.
