Fixed, but still slow. "The count in Hamilton County is off to a slow start. Shortly after 9 p.m., board of election members gathered in the counting room, watching as workers dealt with some problems in the ballot-reading equipment. Ballots are being read by the machinery, but not spitting out totals. But about 9:30 p.m., the first batch of results popped out." http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20091103/NEWS0108/91102005/1055/news/Hamilton+County+tally+slow- Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News

The theory some of us/me have is if the more conservative westside votes no, issue 9 will fail. They're easy to bad mouth but most do like their city — a (not your stereotypical) Westsider- Ohio Gambling News
EDIT: Hamilton Cty is having counter problems. Totals aren't registering! Always something.- Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News

^Interesting. The casino wouldn't open until 2012? I was expecting a temporary tent setup deal. They're saying the right things about integrating it within the neighborhood. Easier said than done, but may be the Urban Review Board help with that. Not building it as a bunker or a bio-sphere was what I wanted to hear.- Statewide: Issue 2 - Livestock Care Standards
