Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
It adds to the excitement! [emoji12] I think it would be a cool place to live. Depending on how your balcony faced on that top floor it would be like being on a ship!

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
The new version is really great... Very sleek. Love the balcony design. Can't wait to see this! I was driving down to the shoreway from E. 9th today noticing how there is such a divide created by the stretch of E. 9th and Lakeside all the way down to the pier. Hopefully this starts to bride that gap somewhat.

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
I guess I needed to read more closely. It seemed like for a while they were making fairly good progress (considering) and then it came to a halt, maybe the winter put a pause on work.

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
http://www.cleveland.com/architecture/index.ssf/2016/01/cinematheque_to_host_debut_of.html I'm so confused. This project is not done! I stare at it everyday at work. There's a large area at the top of the building that has not been covered with the new glass. Anyone know what's up? This article makes it sound like it's done.

Orange Village: Pinecrest
Has the Container store ever been actually confirmed?

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
This place is going to be very cool. Can't wait to see the design of the three story restaurant. It will have a large outdoor presence as well which should benefit the mall.

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
More interesting to me was the quote that they have well known retailers lined up already but not announced

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
I really like this location KJP. I pass by that peninsula created by 14th/18th/Prospect everyday and wonder if that collection of buildings will ever be re-developed. This would really anchor development potential to the south and east of downtown nicely and maybe lead to some better connections between Playhouse Square and Gateway.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Awesome. We need Mexican downtown. The only thing we have is Zocalo which is abysmal (to me) and of course Momocho is great. But I'm excited for this!

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
It would be kinda nice to have all that bottom floor be retail! Right now its just basically walled off.

Cleveland: Downtown: Euclid & 9th Tower / Schofield Building Redevelopment
I was just going to say it must win some awards. They basically had to re-fabricate and rebuild the details of the entire facade. And they blend in perfectly. Really beautiful work.

Cleveland: Downtown: Drury Plaza Hotel Development
This article states that they will have a small bar and restaurant. A while back it was stated that a public restaurant had been eliminated from the plans. I wonder if this has been brought back into the design? Interesting. It would be a huge plus to have a bar/restaurant here

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
As far as parking garages go downtown this one is great... Actual street interaction and it doesn't look like a bunker! Now it will get even better. If only we could replace some of our dead streets lined with garages for stuff like 515.

And the fake plants in front of the Rock Hall. Please.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Interesting. I wish someone would do some renovations on the Superior Building. It needs a little TLC on the exterior.

Wow the Hilton looks so striking in that first picture. Love the blue color of the glass.

Cleveland: Forest City Enterprises News & Info
I hate to ask stuff like this because I know if something happens we usually know here first. But what the heck happened to Forest City finally getting a buyer for Tower City. There were some articles a few months ago that indicated a sale was imminent. Then.... Nothing.

Cleveland: Historic Photos
Such a cool picture. One of the few that isn't completely depressing as almost all those buildings are still around. Now we just need that density! [emoji846]

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
A parking lot. [emoji19] but supposedly a temporary one. Geis has or will be planning a larger development for the site. I believe

Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
It seemed from the last article I read like the May Co. project wasn't going to happen without the credit. At least with the current developers. 925 I thought was a go regardless. I hope May Co. can be taken over by someone who can make it happen with or without the tax credit

The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread
Just wanted to say a couple things. Friday we had a premiere party at work for a film I made about the company. A lot of us stayed at the Westin. I just wanted to bring out how impressed everyone was with Cleveland. A lot of us has guests who aren't downtown a lot. We went to Vault and Punch Bowl Social. They were amazed at how the flats East Bank project had been completed so quickly. I had to go back there Saturday to pick up a jacket I left and I was really amazed at how many people were out and about both downtown and in the east bank. Great to see. I'm sure the weather helped as I even saw people eating on patios! Anyways a great weekend in Cleveland, just thought I'd share. Also the view from the Westin is pretty great ;)
