View from across the river. You can clearly see the boardwalk now. The area closest to the lake already has railing up and the staircases down from the apartments to the river are being formed.

Went to the game today and personally thought everything looked awesome in person except the boxes. They looked less horrible to me inside the field but still need some help.... They just stand out way too much and they aren't painted green. It's like a tarp-like covering that's solid green but can be changed out to have a logo on it. Not the greatest look. The corner bar and new food options were very cool.

BTW in that article about Fox Sports/Sports Time Ohio was this: "Hurtuk, Colliers' managing director, said 200 Public Square's lobby will undergo a renovation later this year, and the building's operators are attempting to land a “white tablecloth restaurant.” Good to see the lobby project is still happening; that was announced some time ago... but hopefully the part about the restaurant will be that large empty Superior Ave facing street level space!

There are COMING SOON signs on the doors of the former One Walnut/Table 9 space in the Ohio Savings Plaza. Anyone know for what? They don't specify... Hopefully something well run! Table 9 was very poorly conceived and executed. I can't believe it survived there as long as it did.

I think it's mentioned above but back to the longest project in history :) why does the eastern face have clear glass and the south has the glass with the brownish frosted tint. It looks weird

In that last picture, are they starting to paint the boxes in the middle row green? I doubt the top and lower row will be painted now that the decals are on them but even if they painted the whole middle row green that would help make this look less awkward

It looks terribly unfinished. Hopefully they will paint them but it doesn't seem like that's the idea for right now .... I hope they re think that
