Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
That would be quite an accomplishment for a 500' building to be taller than our current third tallest 659' building. :P

Cleveland: Downtown: Office Tower & Ferrari Showroom
Thanks for the new info. It is quite a bold concept as one could see just by our reaction here at UO! :P but it will be interesting to see if anything pans out

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
Does anyone know if they plan to light up the exterior of the Rotunda to highlight the architecture? It would really be a shame not to

That's what I was thinking! I park on the fourth floor at work and even that is exasperating.

too small. I think the average CityTarget is about 80,000 sq. ft.

CLEVELAND - Awesome October
Beautiful set Mayday as always. Love the shots at the lake with the waves splashing. Do you know why Key Tower's crown hasn't been illuminated lately?

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
Despite some concern over the Bourbon Street Barrel Room up thread... :) I went last night and really enjoyed it. Personally I like the whole look they went for. It's really a beautiful space without being over-the-top Disneyland-esque. Food and drinks were great and service as well. Very crowded too for just recently opening.

Cleveland: North Coast Transportation Center
Very encouraging KJP. Sounds like a lot is going on behind the scenes regarding many aspects of this. Hope it all works out for the best.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I apologize if this is not appropriate to post here but I was in The Superior Building today and saw a picture on the wall of "the counting room". I couldn't believe it was the same building. After some research I found some information about how beautiful and ornate this building used to be. Is there really nothing left of the old lobby, etc?!

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Something has to happen regarding parking. This afternoon a coworker and I drove around the West Side Market area including side streets etc. for almost 30 minutes with zero success finding parking. It's awesome to see Ohio City so crowded and buzzing even on a weekday and normally I would take the rapid, but I can understand those who drive sometimes just give up and leave.

THATS what they're building in the PNC tower!! Thank you. I have been trying to figure it out. Can't wait to see what will be done with the old building. It's beautiful

He certainly has me excited about this project... Interesting comment about the "several high-rises that will be visible from everywhere in the city". Can't wait to see some renderings

Cleveland: Downtown: A.J. Celebrezze Federal Building Renovation
Figured I'd resurrect this. I'm pretty sure the entire Hilton will be completed by the time this project ever finishes, but anyways they finally got the top layer of glass up on the south side of the building.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
I don't remember upgrades to the entrances, but the building was to receive $20 million in overall upgrades to bring it up to Class A standards. http://planning.city.cleveland.oh.us/designreview/drcagenda/2013/04052013/index.php From way back in April 2013!

Cleveland: Random Development and News
Now if they could improve the street level entrances and the empty parking garage retail spots... Wasn't there some exterior upgrades to the entrances on the planning commission agenda a while back? What happened?

- The 9
I only say that because I got in one that did not go to the floor it was supposed to and I had no way to correct it without getting out and re-assigning an elevator to the floor I needed. Maybe it was me , not sure. Overall I really like the system.- Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Maybe this is the right spot? Noticed this leaving work today. I was literally just thinking the other day that this building aside from CVS is such a waste of space and sidewalk frontage. It would be nice it some sort of retail could take this over!! East Ninth and Rockwell.- The 9
Downtown Cleveland at the corner of East Ninth Street and Euclid Avenue. The 9 consists of the Metropolitan Hotel, apartments, Adega, Azure Lounge, the Vault, Alex Theater, Mint Ballroom etc. and a Heinen's grocery store in the historic rotunda which will open next year- The 9
I know they can all be rented for private use but if they aren't being used I would think they're open to the public. There's a lot of them!!- The 9
I forgot to post these photos but when I saw how many I had, I thought I should make a new thread! I took a tour of the entire complex about 2-3 weeks ago. It is really amazing what they were able to do and I was amazed at how large the facility is once you are inside. Enjoy Adega Restaurant (Following week had a fantastic dinner there, I hope they are consistant!) Upstairs on the second level is the Ledger Bar and the Adega private dining space. The elevators in The 9 are pretty cool... you select your floor from the touch screens on the wall and then are directed to a specific elevator. There are no buttons inside the elevator, it just takes you to where you need to go (which could potentially be problematic I guess, but it defiantely adds to the wow factor) The Alex Theater Next was the Azure Sun Lounge. It isnt open to the public yet (just private events) but will be fully open next Spring. Mint Ballroom can be one large space or divided into smaller rooms The Vault is really amazing as many of you have seen. Tricky to photograph but worth it! Back to the lobby There is a cool space in the rear of the lobby with a artpiece showing Marcel Breuer, and books of his architecture on the coffee table along with replicas of his chair-designs. (I would assume replicas) I didnt get a picture. Hope you enjoyed the tour!- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Side point: I know the building attached to the Hofbrauhaus is the Hermit Club but what is the other Tudor style building across the way? (Seen in back of second to the last and last pics)- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
