it just depends on the language of the lease. Saks 5th Ave doesn't own their building in downtown. Neither do the Bengals. They have incredibly powerful leases. So, they could be right... but it depends on the details of their agreement

MAIN STREET - The curve from 12th and the straight track to Central Parkway. Possibly across Central Parkway if things go very well. OTR LOOP - Overhead wire system for all of OTR would be completed by April 1. This includes the Diamond intersection. ______________ VEHICLES - Vehicle #2 carshell set arrived to the CAF Elmira plant December 2. Vehicle #3 carshell set will arrive in early February. Sorry, I should have been clearer. I was referring to the 13th street rehab in OTR, stating it is even older than Walnut, and they haven't taken that crap down yet.

Housing affordability here is the best in the nation. Ok... Maybe Detroit & Buffalo are cheaper, but still. You can buy a house. A HOUSE for $50K and it will be in decent shape. You only need to make $28K to qualify for a mortgage for a $50K house with decent credit.

13th Street was rehabbed in 2013 and those haven't come down yet. They put everything underground, but they haven't removed the top ones yet (may also not have activated the underground yet)

Music Hall and the Vine & Central Parkway stop wont have shelters. The Central Parkway stop is in park property technically.

That kroger base is HORRIBLE on the Court Street side. Even if they just cut one small storefront into it it would be a major improvement.
