I'm delighted that you posted this information about our "Artful Spaces" open houses in downtown Delaware. The open houses drew more than 100 visitors and were considered a big success. Our renovation progress in Delaware has been quite significant. A milestone will come within a couple of months, when the former Cashman's Feed quonset hut will reopen as the newest Old Bag of Nails pub location. The annual Delaware Arts Festival is coming up on May 14 and 15, and that's a great time to visit.
