p.s. in terms of marketing Cincinnati needs to distance itself from Newport and that Carnival that is going on in Covington, so I would say NO to any form of development that is not a bridge that connects these two identities. It may work in Florence, Italy, but in terms of this idea.....get real. This development could be designed by the most famous of architects and be "stunning" and I would still denounce this project, period.
