  1. funny that you mention that, I just spoke with them today. The project will be opening mid to end of april, with the exterior design work being completed at a later date. It will have room for 50 bikes in a 1500 sf retail area.

I will try to be there thursday
  3. Since this thread was revived, are the Lakefront plans around CBS abandoned entirely? Those proposals for that area were excellent, I'd would be really upset if nothing happened down there
  4. im pretty sure Quay was sold in a HUD bankruptcy auction
  5. fyi for everyone, if you google any crains article in question and click the google news link you can bypass the paywall

  7. I really hope the $350 million for this higbee project is not taken for the $ set aside for the overall project (~600 million.) I would rather have a world class casino at a single location than two which are half assed because the politicians and developers couldn't wait
  8. 2.msg540546#msg540546 date=1296232667] How does the Nashville convention center have 1.5 million square feet @ a cost of only $250 million, whereas our project is 310000 sf and is costing $425 million...anyone? It's doesn't matter, just like the rest of their "plan" nothing makes sense! Well It does make sense because ~$166 / sf is pretty standard..what makes our project cost so much? Especially considering we are reusing an existing space and retrofitting it, this makes no sense to me.
