  1. Huh?? From a restaurant? The entire building was zoned restaurant?? I must be missing something or not understanding zoning lol.
  2. Oh, now that is exciting! I found that building so ugly every time I walked out of my building when I lived there...and to see the building it replaced!!! Side-note, why isn't this in Gateway instead of random development?
  3. I actually forgot this area was built from nothing. Pardon my ignorance haha.
  4. Is that a new building? It looks like an older re-purposed building.
  5. Good news here! "Construction is set to begin in March on the corridor from Cleveland's Main Post Office on Orange Avenue to CSU's Rhodes Tower at Euclid Avenue. The work should be done by November 2015. While finishing details are in flux, planners have already decided on major roadway changes." http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2014/09/east_22nd_street_redesign_fina.html#incart_river
  6. Taking a 2 story retail building to multiple stories sounds good to me :D Edit:I'm also guessing the Geis Lakefront plan has expired. I tried searching for any updates and didn't really run across any.
  7. You mean M.T. Silver? As I'm looking for places, I saw they had advertised some units and have pictures. Yes that is it. Is it completed? I still live in Florida, but I'm pretty sure it's done. It was supposed to be completed earlier this year. http://2320lofts.com/ I ruled them out because they do not allow dogs.
  8. You mean M.T. Silver? As I'm looking for places, I saw they had advertised some units and have pictures.
  9. "The apartments in the Breuer tower are more than 90 percent leased, Greg Geis said, while the smaller units in the 1010 building are 75 percent leased." I like. Another one bites the dust. There is no signs of a slowdown of pre-leasing.
  10. I'd guess mid-200's. Are you referring to the grey/light blue/neon green structure? I assumed the question was directed to 515 Euclid. I believe I guessed 380 a page or two back for the taller Nucleus building.
  11. Hmmm...I suppose this is as good a place as any. Stanley Block site set to get some grass and a sculpture. "It's unclear whether the landscaping plan is a placeholder or a long-term solution for the tiny but highly visible downtown property. Part of a block that sits cattycorner from the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, the Stanley Block land is wrapped on three sides by a casino welcome center and valet-parking garage - constructed during the legal battle between Rock, the Maloofs and the Anters" http://www.cleveland.com/business/index.ssf/2014/09/horseshoe_casino_cleveland_own.html
  12. I'd guess mid-200's.
  13. The prices really aren't that bad....but....for what you get, I felt it was too much and looked at Avenue District instead.
  14. The apartments look pretty good...but that hotel?? Hmm.
  15. Agreed...just hoping they plan for the entire NC Transportation Center........just in case funding happens down the line :)
  16. So Brickman is doing this on his own - not under the Abode name? Solved my own question: It will be developed under the Brickhaus Partners name. Rendering and marketing material here: http://www.brickhauspartners.com/ohio-city/index.html Anyone else notice the "two drive thrus" available? Maybe I'm crazy...but that's not typically my first thought when someone says world class in the next paragraph.
  17. .....little by little.....
  18. [/img] Ha! I've only been once in New Orleans and it was a blast....although we were drunk. Nothing else gets me excited with the mix that's been announced.
  19. I'm personally most excited about the dueling pianos bar and boardwalk. This area has the potential to be special again. Hopefully demand stays high and more mid-rises are built as well as Old River Rd properties filling in.
  20. Ya, that eastbound view leaves a lot to be desired. Even if nothing were built, something needs to be done to beautify that parking entrance.
  21. I was curious if we were going to start seeing the older properties spruce up. The couple times I've been in Chesterfield, it wasn't the nicest place I've seen.
  22. Wow!!! I had no idea it was so far along! Hadn't even thought about it or how pre-leasing is going.
