  1. I'll be moving back and may be bringing a few Floridians haha.
  2. Thank you!!! Not that anyone is really excited about it.
  3. Is thing above ground yet? Our last picture is from months ago.
  4. Yours are always worth the wait!
  5. I just walked by this a few days ago...so many amazing things happening in Toronto.
  6. Three years later...we may finally see something happen, although we went from 34 apartments to 18.
  7. This could be one of my future favorite Cleveland neighborhoods. Hopefully home renovations start happening.
  8. That last pic would be awesome with a filled in parking lot!
  9. Yes! Very much appreciated.
  10. Reminds me of the Cedar Whole Foods.
  11. There's two users in this thread that I tend to ignore. It's just easier.
  12. One is in infancy, the other is established. I would compare it to Gay Street before Short North.
  13. LOL not uncomfortable, inconvenient. I would have gone one time...not had cash...and never again because I never carry cash.
  14. And as companies continue to merge and get acquired into larger companies, they typically get discounts for buying in bulk and have no need for brick and mortar.
  15. I initially had the same thought, but forgot what blustery actually meant :) The wind is definitely more brutal in Cleveland than Boston.
  16. LOL at the "least walkable city" comment. Have they been to other cities???? It's not at the top, but least...I think not.
  17. This location makes way more sense than Aurora.
  18. Good quetion. One thing's for sure, we won't have long to find out. I saw a video somewhere where it was put from test to test, nothing lasts forever. The testing was done up in Quebec and that's when they realized they couldn't use glass.
  19. ^^This sounds like a Cleveland.com comment...only missing the "thugs" that will patronize it. How is a repurposed building used as a gym worse than a rotting building? I don't know that it's the best use but doing a quick google search of indoor rock climbing in Austin, Portland and Minneapolis (three of Cleveland's competitors and growing) all have at least one right by their downtowns.
  20. I love how they say Cleveland's steakhouse like it's been there forever.
  21. This looks like what they're building all over Cleveland.
  22. I've said it before on their Facebook page and will say it again here, the brown and cream ruin any attractiveness this project could have, but the interior should be very nice.
  23. I've never taken Tri-rail. It's way too expensive and completely inconvenient.
