  1. I noticed going through today one of the last Chicago style home lots is being built on. Didn't get a pic tho...looks similar to the rest of them :)
  2. Went to Chloe's Kitchen diner for breakfast and snapped a pic of another place that's opening soon. There were more art installations being put up as well around the area but not completed yet. A little trash control may be beneficial to the area. IMG_2867 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  3. Again...this is Gateway district...not E4th. The article even states it!
  4. ^^Yep...Gateway District Thread.
  5. Great news! I do a lot of my shopping at Constantino's.
  6. ^Haha....where's the like button?
  7. Thanks Michelle! We love when you stop by :D
  8. Considering the way some of the other libraries look, it doesn't seem like it. I went to the one in Ohio City at Fulton and I thought it would be gorgeous inside...little did I know!!
  9. Are those units being filled? If they are vacant then it is an issue, if not developers will keep them coming because that's what people want.
  10. I think the pillars will be neat... but I still don't understand how they are $100,000 apiece. Also posted a pic of Viking Hall coming down in the demolition thread.
  11. Oh wow...I didn't even notice that last night!
  12. Haha...I was intrigued by the chopped up map!
  13. I took a quick shot of the interior tonight. They have quite a bit of the first floor stripped... IMG_2861 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  14. Just in case anyone has been wondering about the inside... IMG_2862 by jjames0408, on Flickr There are two cars parked in there tonight. Unfortunately, can't really get a good look of the upper floors.
  15. And this is going to look nicely filled in once complete: IMG_2859 by jjames0408, on Flickr Renovation is pretty much complete on the building with with the small market and cigar shop on Euclid... IMG_2860 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  16. A couple updates on Hanna Annex (not really much to see yet and the parking lot diagonal): IMG_2857 by jjames0408, on Flickr IMG_2856 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  17. Nice! They weren't open a couple Tuesday's ago when I went to Barrio, but they were putting on finishing design touches. Can't wait to check it out.
  18. And here she goes... IMG_2858 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  19. There seems to be some action going on in the Fifth Street Arcades. The Euclid space, east of Colossal Cupcakes is a pop-up shop called Collective Upcycle. It is up and ready to go, but the photo I took was super blurry...here's their sign. IMG_2849 by jjames0408, on Flickr There were a few places I'd not seen before such as this one: IMG_2850 by jjames0408, on Flickr with many other spaces covered in the black paper. Across from Progressive Field, we are getting a better taste of the design of the sidewalks... IMG_2854 by jjames0408, on Flickr Progress on the Tri C administrative parking garage: IMG_2851 by jjames0408, on Flickr I just saw new signage for Goodfellers this week: IMG_2855 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  20. I would assume 15th as well since it seems that the utilities are already set up, and being that this is Cleveland, I don't see the parking lot going away anytime soon. That entire area would be so neat with more loft conversions and funky shops all around...one can dream.
  21. Doctabroccoli may be getting some more neighbors. I questioned them if there would be another phase once the last townhome sells and they responded: "Yes, stay tuned."
  22. There was a good crowd around noon.
  23. The price-point for Parkside is nice for the neighborhood and Cleveland...I'm curious to see how the $524,900 unit(s) will do. Does anyone know how many pre-sales there have been? The Keller Williams website says the listing is no longer available.
  24. I swear someone posted this but I didn't see it...Bonfoey Gallery at Euclid/18th has new signage: IMG_2837 by jjames0408, on Flickr
  25. I've met something like 15, most of which live downtown and moved here in June. They will be here for at least two years. It would be interesting to see exactly how many came in and where they've decided to live.
