  3. I was at the art museum yesterday and the atrium is getting more plants...I'll upload a picture when I get home from work. I was looking at the museum from a couple blocks away and noticed how disgusting the elevator shafts look at the top. They are brown concrete (or whatever material) rising above the roof. Has anyone else noticed that?
  4. Strap, I've looked and can't find anything. They haven't updated any of their sites in months (same issue with Circle East which states they still have units available and don't.) I have heard that the leasing agents are booked solid and it's difficult to get in to see them.
  5. Are you familiar with Chinato clevechinola? If so, it's the building directly east of that.
  6. They've had the lights on every night. My thought was that any passerbys or possible investors that want to peak in can see.
  7. I don't see new build apartments until at least some of the existing buildings in the general area are remodeled. They won't be able to get the rates they need to justify new build. The western edge of Gordon Square still needs a lot of help and has really nice buildings that just need rehabbed and they could instantly get more rent each month. The demand is there for apartments in Cleveland, but developers cannot get financing or aren't trying for the right kind of development. If only there were a billionaire in the area who truly cared as we do for Cleveland to return to glory.

  11. I was driving down Woodland yesterday and saw a sign saying E 115 and Woodland townhomes coming soon. I searched CMHA website and found nothing...same with google. It was dark so I didn't really see the renderings or who was building it.

  15. I just reread the article...that's what it said they're doing. So instead of the 5 final townhomes it will be 10 apartments instead!! More people!! The other portion of that article for the 20 apartments is just down the street at the old turnaround. I emailed RTA to see if they'd say anything. Doubtful tho. ___edit...it was confirmed in the RTA thread that the purchase went through!
