Thanks for the link outjet. I'm looking forward to seeing the area when the E&Y tower and the Aloft hotel are in use. It'll be nice to see that area with people coming and going, etc on a daily basis.

Well, we're finally in Q1 of 2013 (granted its only day 5 of Q1, but ...) hopefully we'll see some movement on this project soon :wtf:

It'll be nice to see this same view when that space is "in use" (evening movie, various sports, people out there during the air show, etc).

Cuyahoga County to sell Ameritrust buildings to unnamed buyer CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cuyahoga County has a buyer for the long-vacant Ameritrust complex, but county Executive Ed FitzGerald declined Thursday to release details of the proposed deal. I saw that all day yesterday on the webcam. I was thinking they were working on the bulkhead along the river??

It looks like the bricks that were removed to place those new curbs were carefully taken out. So hopefully they could be put back in / replaced??

So they're basically doing the remediation now to get the site ready for future development??

From the sign in the previous post, W&S is doing Environmental Remediation at E.55th and Carnegie. But I dont remember hearing anything about what's going on with the property after that??
