Aside from Mercer, I'm really excited about Park Haus and Paint Building.

I wonder if Bortz will run for mayor anytime soon. Or, if Berding is still working on the strong mayor CEO thing. Or, if PG Sittenfeld will deign to serve as mayor of Porkopolis one day. :wink:

I saw a great pic of QCS with the tiara lit in red. With how many colors can it be lit?

I'm wondering how badly the removal of the state (TRAC?) funds will ultimately affect the streetcar system. Done correctly it won't make a big difference. But if the funds really aren't there like Sherman is suggesting then there will be big problems coming down the track (excuse the pun).

Between stunts like this and some of their tweets as well as the asinine language of the amendment, one could really turn voters away from these clowns.

No one said OTRCH should "give up" their "land". They could work with 3CDC to develop it into a higher and better use than a surface lot. I'd prefer to see it replaced with an actual building instead of a parking garage. It's an asset of OTRCH and it's completely up to them how/if/when they develop it. Too bad it isn't part of Mercer Commons IMO.
