Bill Cunningham was born in Covington and grew up in Deer Park. He attended law school (I believe) at The University of Toledo. He resides on Keller Rd in Indian Hill. Based on his knowledge of the law, he appears to be a highly competent attorney and seems to be very intelligent and factual being able to engage in logical, critical thinking (a trait often lost on the factually challenged and over-emotional segment of society).
Regarding his political orientation, it is unfortunate that some must resort to name calling because they take issue with his philosophical conservative views but this is becoming more typical as emotions are used in a feeble attempt to trump facts and reality- probably the logical result and extension of the parallel experience in the decline in non biased primary, secondary and university education as many pass through but have not been challenged academically. But, getting back to Cunningham - he is bombastic for certain but that gets ratings and slots on national news programs. Whoever said he does not really believe what he says is incorrect. Incidentally, he started his political life as a democrat and became more conservative over time as he apparently critically observed and evaluated the "do as I say not as I do political crowd", and found them wanting, ethically. This revelation has come to many other Americans, myself included, who continue to make or have long since made that transition following the rude awakenings of the real (not theoretical) work a day world and parental responsibilities while going about their business in an ever increasingly truly dangerous and violent world. For that "violation" in America one frequently risks being villified and insulted by all sorts of "intellectuals above the common fray" (reference, for example, the poetess princess Giovanni of Cincinnati in her fountain square unsolicited and gratuitous attack on a local politician)-individuals who otherwise superficially and disengenuosly are the safeguardians of their "selective tolerance". Just don't disagree with them and everything will be OK. And now, if you want to challenge these assertions, please do so and if possible, without crass name calling.
BTW- Mc Connell (another dangerous conservative) lives in West Chester last time I heard.
But enough about the hard choices of politics and living and the risks run for making them.
Anybody hear the one about how Cincinnati went from having the most staggering (as a percent of) population loss over the past 10 years to actually being only the second other major city in Ohio (Columbus being the other) to gain population over that time. The mistake occurred because new housing development somehow went unnoticed by the census bureau during data collection (once again, your tax dollars at work).
