Cleveland: Rocket Arena (Gund Arena)
"Infrastructure like this is the difference between being Cleveland and being Toledo." What is that supposed to mean? Toledo has concert and event venues. So Toledo and Cleveland were the same place until Gund Arena opened? I hope I don't sound too offended but Clevelanders should know using another city with a negative connotation is problematic and I can't not mention it. If I said "Infrastructure like this is the difference between being Columbus and being Cleveland" wouldn't you be a little annoyed?

Toledo: Random Development and News
About a year back, packos was supposed to make drive thru locations in certain areas of the city.. haven't heard much on that in a while.. Well now that you mention it.. http://www.13abc.com/content/news/The-Andersons-to-close-all-four-retail-stores-in-Ohio--410785095.html 'Packo's is buying the former Del Taco property on Secor Road and converting it to their first ever drive-though location.'

Except he is in the Museum. He is also a block away selling autographs on induction weekends. If anything, Cooperstown might need little less Pete Rose.

Toledo: Glass City Metro Park & Marina / National Museum of the Great Lakes
On June 27th, ProMedica will buy the land from Dashing Pacific. They will then sell it to the Metroparks. http://www.toledoblade.com/local/2016/06/08/ProMedica-plans-to-buy-much-of-Marina-District-in-East-Toledo.html

Toledo: Downtown: ProMedica HQ / Edison Plant Redevelopment
For the first time in 120 years, there are not two smokestacks in downtown Toledo (for the most part). They took down one of them today. I didn't get any pictures until it was about halfway done. From the Marina District From International Park They took down another section while I crossed the river (I didn't notice as it happened as I was on my bike)

Toledo: Lagrange / Vistula: Development and News
Yes. It's open. I was there for an event in the fall. There is still work being down, but the marquee is up, the lobby was pretty much finished, the theater pretty much just needed some paint. It's near the end of the second phase of the renovation right now.

Toledo: Glass City Metro Park & Marina / National Museum of the Great Lakes
No Updates. A bike trail connection to the GL Museum from the Craig Bridge Trail is under construction right now (it used to end at the sidewalk). That is unrelated to Dashing Pacific, who isn't going to do anything. In the deal from 2011, the city can buy it back for the same price it sold it for after July 1, 2016 (until July 1, 2017) if there hasn’t been “substantial” development. There will not be any development before then. Dashing Pacific have been trying to sell it. The city will buy it back and then more nothing will happen for awhile until they find someone else to buy it or parts of it. Toledo Walleye: ECHL Hockey Team
Those are all alternates from the outdoor games (two home games and a alumni game against Fort Wayne) at Fifth Third Field in 2014-15. These are the standard home and away: And the alternates they wear the most: Though I would say they've worn about 50 different jerseys

Toledo: Mud Hens Opening Day - Walleye Doubleheader
April 4th, 2014 - The First Mud Hens-Walleye Doubleheader (If you don't count the Hens game and Walleye playoff game going on at the same time on 4/16/13) The Mud Hens faced Louisville in their Opener at 4 and the Walleye played Fort Wayne at 7:15 I got dropped off at Ontario and Madison around 3 and walked to the park The Pythian Castle (1890) 725 Jefferson (1897) 713 Jefferson (1892) 701 Jefferson (1960) Looking Down Jefferson Going by the Huntington Center AT&T Building - 123 N. Huron Southeast corner of Monroe St and Huron St, Third Base Gate on the left Southwest corner of Monroe St and Huron St Northwest corner and Washington St and Huron St Looking down Washington St, Owen's Corning Headquarters at the end Home Plate Gate View from the Concourse Behind Home Plate Outside Home Plate Gate, Berdan Building (1902) on left Pregame Show Left Field Center Field View from the Roost View from Center Field View from Left Field Anthony Wayne Bridge in the Distance Now A little Mud Hens History about the last 3 Stadiums they called home: Armory Park, home to the Hens from 1897-1909 Spielbush Ave and Beech St, ~8 blocks from Fifth Third Field Swayne Field, home to the Hens from 1909-1955 Monroe St and Detroit Ave, 2 miles from Fifth Third Field Ned Skeldon Stadium, home the the Hens from 1965-2001 1404 Key St in Maumee, 7 miles from Fifth Third Field It looks like nobody is here, but it was an over capacity sellout of 12,787. Most people were in the concourses escaping the cold, they were the most crowded I've ever seen them. The Sun came out for a second. Goodbye Baseball and Hello Hockey But we had to walk a block down Superior Street first PNC Bank Building (1929) in center, Secor Building (1908) on right Fiberglas Tower (1969) on right Super Spike Blimp - it drops prizes and flies around during intermissions Right before Player Introductions During the First Intermission The Mud Hens went behind after a homer in the 2nd and lost 3-1, while the Walleye went down 4-1 after a too-early goalie pulling and empty netter, and another goal with .3 left. There was about 20,000 in attendance between the two games (12,787 and 7,284), well not counting the people who were at both, but anyway it was nice to see so many people out at places and on the streets downtown.

OHSAA hockey state final declared tie after 7 overtimes
Wooah there. I think you may be confusing NHL playoff overtime rules. OHSAA Hockey has 15 minute periods and 8 minute overtime periods. They played just 101 (45+56) minutes. Not 200.

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
There's a difference between a game every night and one a week, financially speaking. It surprised me. Here, if the Browns were contending the place would be packed and nuts. Doesn't that also show the cities' sports priories? The Browns are the favorite in Cleveland and the Bengals are second to the Reds in Cincinnati

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I'd blame the loss on the 4 big disasters committed by the offense: 2 INTs, fumble, and safety. Jacksonville started at the 17, 28, 33, and 43 following each of those mistakes. That's 11 (3, 3, 3, and 2) points at the very least, turned out to be 18 points off of offensive errors. The game winning drive by the Jags was bad, but the defense shouldn't have been in that position in the first place.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Ogbonnaya has looked good in the games he had an opportunity to start, which hasn't happened since 2011 though. 19 attempts 90 yards 4.7 average 21 attempts 115 yards 5.5 average Looks better than what we have seen from Richardson or Hardesty. I agree he is not the long term solution though, but I dont believe he will hurt us and he might actually be a slight improvement. Isn't Ogbonnaya the Browns de facto fullback at the moment?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Good thing I wasn't naive enough to get a Richardson jersey. Like I was with Hillis, Edwards, Garcia, Couch, etc.
