He made some derogatory comments to me via direct messages awhile ago. He's been quiet on here lately though. Here's his last one to me, Jake, Livingingin, KJP, and John Schneider:

^^ COAST/700wlw/Chris Smitherman make an outrageous statement, get called out on said statements, and then evolve to make another outrageous statement. For instance: Tom Luken "The streetcar will cost 1-2 billion dollars". He gets called out and proven wrong. Now he's spewing nonsense. The media continues to let them get away with this. Now, COAST and everyone aren't even arguing the project itself, they are arguing hypothetical/hyperbole conspiracy theories. BTW, everyday Mark Miller of COAST keeps tweeting 12.5% of fire stations are 'browned out because of *Insert childish stupid streetcar phrase here*'. Does anyone have any statistics to prove he's just making this up?

Just talked to Mark Miller on twitter. Apparently he (and presumably the other opponents) believe Mallory is just using the streetcar for leverage for another 'boondoggle to be named later'. They dont believe construction is going on and they don't believe it will ever be built. They believe its a giant conspiracy, (Probably crafted by Obama while he was plotting the US Presidency at a young age in Kenya), to one day give federal funds for a Cincinnati streetcar with no intention of actually ever building it COAST ‏@GOCOAST @513facepalmnews Streetcar is vaporware, like atrium. The opponents gameplan is so predictable in regards to PR. Whenever something or someone calls them out, they run to 700wlw and 55krc. Then they create fake names and write LTE. In terms of PR, that's all they have now. Even the enquirer sans Barry Horstman is sick of them

Anyone know whats going on with construction? I haven't heard many updates recently. Also the Duke negotiations? What is the current holdup there? I thought everything was pretty much agreed upon Whats the projected date for operation?

Its been way too quiet. Last time it was this quiet from the anti-rail/city opponents, Chabot inserted that rider at the last second. I think COAST and the gang have realized their Combover Silver Bullet is a long shot. Mark Miller hasn't been tweeting away about nonsense 24/7, Chris Smitherman hasn't been on radio stations, Luken hasn't been yelling at old kids to get off his lawn. The only consistent thing is Brian Thomas being completely wrong. Heck, Dusty Rhodes isn't even arguing with Rob anymore.

Let Brian Thomas, Cunningham, Smitherman, COAST etc think they are right. It will be hilarious when they find out that they are completely wrong
