Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Now that I think about it, it would probably make more sense for them to hold onto those players till their contracts are up. Once those contracts come off the books, the Cavs should look pretty good in the cap department. I know its hard to get big name free agents to come play in Cleveland, but Im not convinced they couldn't get some good players to come there. I think with superstars they'll have to find them through the draft, but you can get good role players through free agency as well as all star caliber players.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
I would agree that everybody on the team is tradeable other than Hickson. He's a very athletic big and a good rebounder. And on the rebounding, he really started getting them at the end of the year. Andy would be the next closest for me to say don't trade. If you look at most of the really good teams in the NBA, they usually have a big athletic energy guy. I would only trade him if I was going to get good value back if I was the Cavs. Jamison has only 1 year left on his contract I'm pretty sure, and Its around 15 million dollars. I think Antawn is a class guy, but I think he needs to be traded. I like Baron Davis, but I think he could have unexpectedly good trade value at the all star break next year(assuming theres no lockout) depending on how he plays.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
Yea when I look at the Indians lineup I don't see those guys turning it on honestly. They traded 2 Cy Young winners in back to back years and have what to show for it so far. And I'm not so sure about Santana, he has no track record yet. The only big suprise is how terrible Choo has been. He has a track record of being a good hitter. The pitching has been decent, but with the offense playing like it has, I don't know how long this team will be able to stay over .500 let alone contend for the division.

Hi yall, new to the site.
Have you ever heard of city-data? Thats one where alot of people bash Ohio. Than theres those sites that put together those lists "the worst state for ____ insert category". It seems like some form of national media is taking a shot at Ohio for something. :-(

Euclid News
I lived off of 185th street on a Euclid street but it shares borders with Cleveland over there the North Collinwood neighborhood. I still know some people who live in the area. Some of them say the "crime is worse and its dangerous there now" but the couple times I've been back there I didn't feel like I was in any danger or anything. And the crime stats for Euclid aren't high. The housing stock is better over there though than other parts of Euclid, with older homes. I have alot of experince with Willowick since I have a grandmother who lives there and most neighborhoods in Euclid look similar to there with the smaller bungalows and post WW2 homes that you mentioned.

Hi yall, new to the site.
Colorado Springs is a nice place to live and I enjoy it here and like living here, but since Im from Ohio I always have that soft spot for it as well. And this site looks cool because its mostly just an Ohio site. Other forums I've been on I notice have too much Ohio bashing and it gets annoying.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
From most of what I hear on Espn, Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams are the best two nba ready players in the draft. And I also hear that Kyrie is the only can't miss player in the 2011 draft. That being said I don't think doing that trade would be worth it. If I was them I would pick where they already are. Take Irving and whoever is the best available big on the board at 4. Or trade the number 4 and part of the trade exception they got from Lebron and get a good veteran SF, somebody in the 26-28 age range. They don't really have a SF right now. Also anybody else notice how this draft is getting trashed about how bad it is and how it doesn't matter where the Cavs pick the draft won't help them? Well the worst case scenario than would be picking in the lottery next year and it sounds like the draft is suppoused to be good in 2012.
