Cleveland Browns Discussion
C'mon dude lol, you act like McCoys passes were always on the money. He's right in saying a good QB makes EVERYONE around him better, in McCoys case this isn't true :-D. I like the kid but let's be honest here, he had the same shid line his rookie season but enjoyed more progress. The fact is in his 2nd year kinda since he got injured he regressed for most of the time he played, when he did have time to set his feet it didn't change the results. People are not even confident in saying he will be an ok QB let alone good, that's a problem. His first year, it seemed like he had better accuracy and pocket awareness, last year he had few. RG3 would have energized this whole fanbase but in reality, his stock was overpriced seeing as what STL wanted/received from WAS. He might be one hell of a player (which I think he will) but if he somehow doesn't, it sets that franchise back almost a decade. IMHO, if we want to be a decent team for now and years to come then stick with McCoy (he could prove me wrong) or if we want to be an Elite team, we need to go after a QB this year or the next. Oh yeah and **** the Rams -__-

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway: Battery Park
If the conversion goes through, this will be exciting for this whole neighborhood because that thing is a huge eyesore along with the old laundrymat next to BK. I live on 74th and its crazy how this neighborhood has changed over the years for the good :-). - fingers crossed -

Downtown Cleveland seen from the Terminal Tower.
Wow, that's crazy considering you took the pics right around the time I was born (Aug.17,1989) :O, think I was meant to find this thread lol. Lovely photos :-), weird that in all of those years doesn't look like much has changed besides more surface lots :\. Thanks again for sharing those photos!

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Wow, Kyrie ******* Irving, how can you not love this kid (even tho I'm just a lil older lol). I think its safe to say, he will be a superstar in this league sooner then later. In my years of watching basketball, never seen a rookie play like this, EVER. Cavs fans, our future is bright with this kid at the helm and can't wait for many, many years of watching this kid lead our team back to the top. Btw, that dunk by Gee was sick yo, nasty :-D

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Agree, you must agree tho that was lucky and its highly doubtful that a team would be as stupid as the Clippers were last year :-D. That type of deal will probably never happen again especially after the example the Clippers gave NBA owners around the league lol. I however do believe our front office is one of the best in the league, savvy enough to make the deals needed possible. I'm not tanking on the season, simply stating that everytime we play I'm cheering for us to win each and every time, but if we somehow lose by giving all of our effort, I wouldn't be sad either. Half of this team will not be here next season, so what's best for now/ couple years down the road, to make the playoffs with players that won't be here next season and go out the first round likely and having our draft stock go down, or more ping pong balls? Personally, I think the NBA lottery is rigged.

Kaptur vs Kucinich
I've met Kucinich once while on a school trip to the D.C in middle school, he seemed nice but let's face it, where has he gotten us over the years. Atleast Kaptur brings something new to the table and not the "same ol same ol" that the County voters seem to love. We are no better or worse with him out, only time will tell if we as voters made the correct decision. Kucinich time out has long over been due, it seems like he only steps up to the plate when election time is around the corner IMO.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Those are all fair points and I suppose we'll just agree to disagree. I think, moving forward, doing poorly this year and having a core of Kyrie/MKG/Tristan is better than fighting for a playoff spot, getting swept in the first round and getting Kyrie/Tristan/Tyler Zeller. Just remember, superstar free agents and stars at the end of their contracts don't want to come to Cleveland, we have to build through the draft or crafty trades. The best way to get a good return on trades is to have good assets, which could mean higher draft picks. Ultimately, I'm rooting for the Cavs to win every game that I watch. But if they're competitive and they lose, I'm not to upset about it. Couldn't agree more or explained it any better :-), top picks doesn't guarantee that they'll pan out but unfortunately, that's the only option we have.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
True, losing does have a long-term upside. But I try to live for today! True, on the other hand living today will not get you quicker to sucess. I hate to have the mindset with the Cavs as I do with the Browns but realistically, that's the only way we have at being elite once again. I do believe if LeBron made an longterm commitment here, we would have signed better FA. People tend to forget that when Larry Hughes came out he was a hot comrodity (basically carried his own team if my memory serves me right the Wizards in the playoffs), unfortunately for us it didn't pend out to our expectations. Donyel Marshall was such a sharp shooter coming into FA but for some reason once he got here was a complete bum as the same goes for Damon Jones. We have tried to bring ppl in to surround LeBron with, its just that they were poor decisions and not to mention we got to good too quickly (couldn't go the okc route). Once Irving builds up his reputation even more then his outstanding rookie season into a d.rose, cp3 then we might be able to attract top notch FAs again, untill then the draft is our only hope. I do believe we are going down the right path to where we want to be down the future, Chris Grant is a genius. If we win now I'm happy but if we lose, I wouldn't be to upset. That's the loser mentality to have, I agree. Anyways, leggoooo Cavs!

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
My gut feeling is telling me the Nashville project is on "life support", hopefully it flatlines soon lol. I desperately want to pick up some of their leases, muahaha

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Hopefully you took them pics in black and white :-D jk, but they do look mighty grey :\. I pray to god it turns pearl white over night lol. Can't wait to see the impact this project will have on Cleveland once its up and running, the spinoff effect could be mind blowing :-)

Cleveland: University Circle: Centric Development (formerly Intesa)
Ok, perhaps not 80, but certainly more than a little 12-story building. this is the ONLY office construction in UC. At least 40-50 stories. lol, although that would be lovely, I would rather have that big of a building in Downtown :-D, 15-20 stories would be great for me haa

Cleveland: Cuyahoga County Gov't properties disposition (non-Ameritrust)
The selfish part of me wants a new tower to be built for all county needs, but commen sense would be a much vacant building i.e Hunington for the greater good of Downtown. I would rather have it residental since the building and lobby are beautiful, plus giving the high demand downtown atm but that's unlikely. Hopefully the county takes atleast half of the space and it doesn't become a deadzone most of the day, wisful thinking. Hopefully the county will do what's best for the county in general, if that means new construction or moving into a half vacant building then so be it.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Great minds think alike, eh lol, you're spot on. I like Sessions as a backup point guard and would love to keep him if he accepts that role (highly doubtful), but I don't see it happening so he needs to be traded to the Lakers for that 1st round pick. I do think Sessions would be a good point guard in this league (starting material), but when him and Irving are both out on the floor he hinders his progess imho. Its like he trys to showup Irving at times and be the savior, a role in which he cannot suceed in. This is Irvings team, although he's not selfish he should really be at times, like the instances of Parker taking them two game winning shots. Jamison is annoying, if he gave his all and hustled on every play rather than the offensive end I wouldn't care, but he doesn't give a f on Defense or foul shooting. Like you said he takes too many shots to be productive, anybody given his minutes and shoots almost to 25 times a game could end up with 20 ppg. Thing with TT that's getting to me is lately I've been noticing he's getting blocked or the ball knocked out while going up for a dunk, more playing time will help his progress. Erdan isn't showing much of ish as the same with Hollins, we desperately need Andy back but losing now is best we can do for the future. I don't like losing nor want them to but its the only route we have to go to be successful once again, the more ping pong balls the better.

Had to dig this up like gold from the gold rush :-D, just had to marvel at these pics once again :-)

mayne, I can't wait for Antwan Jamison's contract to be baught out -__-, can't stomach his play or how man minutes he actually gets by poor shooting, shots, and lackluster defense. I try to root for him but geeze its getting hard to, shoot, shoot, shoot, get out my way shoot, under my legs shoot mentality lol. Him off the team will probably make us worse given the face he gives us 20 ppg (taking outrageous shots) but it will give time for TT to get much needed playing time and experience for a rebuilding year anyway. Parker is annoying the hell out of me too lol, thinking he's Jordan, pass the rock you can't shoot. Go Cavs!

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Woweezy louise lol, from that view the tower looks really massive and impressing, can't wait untill its finished as it will be a great addition to downtown Cleveland :-)

Wow, I'm really hyped up about this particular project :), can't wait for the final rendering as I'm sure some things will change from now to then.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
of course little to no defense was played but WOW, Kyrie impressed almost every NBA fan in the league besides us because we know what he's already capable of :). TT was actually trying to play some D and altered a few shots, he reminds me of a younger Andy with his nonstop hustle and energy. He's always running the floor showing and fighting for a board, give this kid a couple of years to more develope his game and watch out league, another bonified allstar in the making. As bad as im split on wether to make the playoffs or lottery pic, i wouldn't mind seeing this team in the playoffs but what's frustrating with myself is, short term success or long term i.e lottery pick. Anyways go CAVS!!!!

CLEVELAND - weather or whether winter?
Wow, its amazing how one can live in this city and not see most of these amazing views of downtown/city proper such as myself :'( lol. Great shots as always! Makes you kind of wanna get up and do something LOL, thanks again :)

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
shaping up quite nicely I must say D:, can't really wait for this project to be done, I'm impatient lol. Looks like there's plenty of green space, hopefully everything will be maintained.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Alonzo Gee has some serious effin hops D: man, he can jump out of his own shoes lol. Since I read somehwere that antwan hardly ever goes up strong for a rebound instead just smacks it away ITS TRUE :-o. Soon he will not be here anyway, so who cares I guess lol. Kyries forth quater, WOW, not even the fourth how about last 3 mins plus of the game?! Think he had what 17 or somthing points in that span alone. Sessions for pretty much awhile now is regressing, dude can't bearly shoot for shid, fkn airballs almost 2 times a game smh. Boobie was off on the O but he brings the intensity each game defensively! Andy is Andy, and all I wanted to see this year was progress so even with their below .5000 record, they still have surpassed any expectations that I had in mind for this team.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
I wouldn't bring him back one bit, why help him get a ring since I highly doubt he would in mia even tho it is possible. He spit on us and made us a laughing stock, I cannot forgive those actions that he partooken in. I remember seeing those videos on youtube saying "stay Lebron" with the mascot of the state of Ohio with a teardrop under its eye lol. Well they were little kids wearing those shirts with the saddest faces ever, how do you think they felt after LeBron said he would take his talents elsewhere. For him to justify "The Decision" by saying the event was for charity, smh. This is Kyrie's team (he's going to be a star) and we're building this team the right way this time, we don't need LeBron down the road, he needs us! GOOOOOOOOOOOO CAVSSSSSSS, FXK THE HEAT! Btw, I love them navy blue uniforms from the other night D:

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
I knew y'all would bring up the trade is love bait lol, you know the Cavs worked out something to make this team better and ran it by Z first before even making the move in which he came right back, so obviously he had to ok the deal. Remember how big of a deal the organizationand fans made after his return? Standing ovations and mad media work on his behalf :-D. Z was good but just because he holds cavs records doesn't make him great, remind you this is the Cavs and not some elite organization from the getgo. He gave alot to this city and fans but we gave way more, then when Mr.LeBron rips the heart of this city for all to see he goes with LeBron to chase a ring which realistically MIA was far off. You people kill me at times, the same people that have a love fest with Z ripped Boobie, Mo and the rest of the guys joking it up with LeBron the first game against him lastyear. Like I said I don't hate Z one bit but don't care too much for him either. on to the game lastnight :-o, Antwan is really stinking it up lol, read something in the paper stating something like this "I don't know what kind of offence we're running, we normally move the ball from side to side" and couldn't help but chuckle considing when it hits his hands that's when it stops moving lol. I'm so torn with this team in wanting short term success (one and done) or long term success (lottery pick) but I can't cheer for them to lose -__- GOOOOOOOOOO CAVVVVVS!
