Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
It's probably because they don't feel like they need to be on the list. Cities can pay money to be on lists. It happens all the time...the buying of awards and accolades. It's nothing but a marketing scheme.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
I am not a fan of the apartment designs. Very boring and uninspiring. I would have expected better for that location. A missed opportunity for sure.

Literally every city on a body of water. Cincinnati and Buffalo are on the list as well?? Yeah, no.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I'm originally from Cleveland but currently living in Tampa, Florida. It's crazy how much development and construction that is going on down here. Cleveland city planners need to travel outside of Ohio more because it seems like they are behind the times and need a refresher as to how development is being done around waterfronts in major cities. Water Street in DT Tampa is a great example as well as this: https://www.bizjournals.com/tampabay/news/2023/01/19/ybor-harbor-darryl-shaw-plans-unveiled.html

Cleveland: Downtown: 55 Public Square Restoration
I hope they do something about the exterior of the building. Its not an attractive building for an apartment.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
So, can someone explain to me why a building of this height doesn't seem like its going to have a basement?

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I don't like it and I hope I'm not the minority in this because it just looks.....weird. Too many weird looking buildings and what is going on with the Terminal Tower with the hard-on? Why can't we just have an extension of the Irish Town Park instead of all of those buildings clustered together? The whole thing looks like it was created in the 70s.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'm not sure what's coming out of the ground. Is that the main tower because it seems really narrow from front to back.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
What a horrible concept. Can we just gut the whole Tower City Center and start from scratch? The place needs a complete remodel from the studs.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Thank God someone has enough brains to know that moving that monstrosity AWAY from the lakefront is a good idea. It's taking up valuable space that can be used year-round. Redevelopment of that area would be a COMPLETE game changer for the city. Can anyone say The Cleveland Eye ferris wheel?

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
Ugly colors. I wish they would go back to the original two-tone brick construction. The new design looks cheap.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
It's ugly. Please don't build. Thank you.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
Wow. Those are ugly and outdated colors and the panel layouts are not attractive. I'd rather it NOT be built if it's going to look like that.

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Does anyone have any updated pictures of INTRO Cleveland? Is there going to be a phase 2 with an office tower?

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
I hope Silver Hills look better in real life than they do in those mockups. All I see are buildings with drab Grey cladding with red brick, uninspiring architecture.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
The building is just the Cleveland Hilton Hotel 2.0. Thats all.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I like the lighting idea, just not the red. Makes the building look scary.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I like the glass, but do any of you think an all-glass tower will be jarring next to the big 3?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I think it would look great all glass with maybe changing light strips down both sides of the building
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I hope that's not what it will look like. Looks like it was built in the 70's.
-
Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I love how if developed, it would almost look like a triangle between the three areas of development.
-
Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Or fall on someone's head while they're eating. lol.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Great news! Very excited for this to begin!

Tear down the stadium. This is the only way.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'd rather have a block building. Those Aria building are hideous.
