I wish they would relocate the stadium and instead, but a nice central park in the middle with surrounding live/work buildings

I hope they put balconies on the South side of the apartment complex (like the top floors on the north side) as it would allow for great views of the baseball games and fireworks.

Sherwin-Williams, if you are reading this, please PLEASE put a shiny new skyscraper downtown. Cleveland will forever love you!!

I feel they (Sherwin-Williams) know about Jacob's lot and realize what a great asset it would be for Cleveland to build on that land. It would send a ripple effect throughout the warehouse district, sparking an increased interest in development around the area. This could include added restaurant, apartments, and even condos for many of the workers working at the downtown location. Thunderbird would also be a great option for overflow with a potential to be THE PLACE to live in the coming years. With Great Lakes Brewing already placed stakes there, who could go wrong?

Does anyone know if the designs that we have been seeing for Nucleus are the final product? Does anyone know if they are going to do anything aesthetic-wise with the south-facing side of the apartment building so people aren't looking at a blank wall when entering downtown?

i wish they flipped the north side of the apartment building around so that it faced the south. It would be way more interesting to look at instead of a flat wall.

That blank space in the diagram stating future, future what? Although I like the look of the new hospital, I really wished they stuck with a more cohesive color scheme with the emergency center's red brick instead of going all white. The whole design looks mix-matched to me

Why is the WRL wanting to turn the site into another arts district? How many theaters does Cleveland need...or am I missing something? I hope they do something more sensible than what I see in their drawings as the building models look dated.

How tall is the taller building going to be? I like the design, just wish the office tower was thinner and a little taller. ?

The new design looks awful! With all the Arts Cleveland has to offer, it doesn't make ANY sense to me why they never translate to the buildings!! Don't bother building it with the white panels, keep the parking lot.

Where are people going to eat? Where are the restaurants that are within walking distance? Where is the grocery store? Where are all the shops and stores these people are going to shop at?

I agree....another missed opportunity on the Lake, just like the missed opportunity on Public Square keeping the center road open for the buses. They should have kept it closed.

Does anyone know why the Edgewater beach house wasn't built for year round use? I'm kind of surprised that there is no enclosed portion for people to enjoy during the cold months.

I wonder why they didn't move the s&s monument to the center of the park and have the buses or whatever go around it? It seems like that would have made more sense to me instead of keeping it where it is.

I hope you're right, gotribe. The towers look TOO similar and not very interesting. I hope they use more materials and not just glass for the towers.

Does anyone know when they will begin building this project? Are the renderings the final representations of how the buildings will actually look like? Seems strange how three of the buildings basically look the same.
