Will 30 stories be visible from 271?

I hope they decide to vary the building styles as well. Also, I want the 30 story building a little taller, maybe 40 stories to give people on the west side of downtown some views as well as fill in the skyline..

The bedroom interiors are awful! You would think the interior designers for Hilton would do better than that. :|

I wish they put Nucleus on Public Square on that empty lot, then build outward from the location. I agree with earlier posters. We need taller buildings more like Erieview tower height to even out the skyline. We also need to fill in those parking lots/ gaps in the skyline...

Does anyone know what floor and where the penthouse is going to be in the hotel? The Oct. construction states that there will be a penthouse.

Clinic towers? What project is that? I hope they DO continue this and fill in the vacent land with more tall buildings around the area because the placement of One University Circle seems odd IMO and would look better with more density.

Why did they nix the designs on the potium such as the balcony on the side and the built-out portion in the back? Was it due to costs? I hope the final product looks better because it looks like a glass box right now.

Does anyone have pictures of the back of the hotel construction? I want to see what they completed as they are removing the scaffolding from the south part of the building..

I wonder what's going on at the top of the building now... The building has nice height (not quite as tall as I wanted) but I'll take it....

I can't tell which part is going to be the rooftop bar in the live cam pictures. Does anybody know? Also, what are they doing to the top of the building? It looks like they are still adding floors.

The newer renderings have the balcony, earlier renderings do not.

Looking a lot shorter than I thought it was going to be if the elevator shaft is at level 29....

Phase 3 looks very interesting. I'm hoping they will put another 20 story apt/ condo tower in the future in the Flats as well...

I dunno. It looks like another boring box. I'm still upset that the left out the porch on the side facing the lake. I am waiting the final product, but for right now, I'm not impressed.

Its going to be a lot shorter than I thought if it's already a third of the way up.

The decor is not modern enough for the hotel structure. It a step in the right direction, but there needs to be more straight lines....and get rid of those ugly 80s curvy chairs!!
