$21.95 is not a bad price at all. You gotta think that it takes a lot of work to maintain the tanks and take care of all the fish and whatever else needs to be done. I just moved back to Cleveland from Florida. I've been to a lot of aquariums and for that price it is worth it.

That is about an average price. The Florida Aquarium is the same price. The Georgia Aquarium is a little bit higher.

Couple things, just my opinion. 1. I think they should have just scratched the Higbee/Welcome Center phase and just went ahead and built phase 2. 2. Do you think that phase 2 is a good spot? What about building it in the flats? Be like The Flats Casino. Sounds better than Horseshoe Casino. But I know the flats is getting a boardwalk and all that.

Thank you for the reply. So as I understand it, the Higbee building is only temporary for 4/5 years till they build the one on Huron Rd if they do? Are they going to close down the Higbee one once that one is built?

Long time lurker first time poster. I've been away from Cleveland for 20 years and will be moving back within a few months. I do keep up to date with what's going on in Cleveland. But I'm confused with the Horseshoe Casino. According to the Horseshoe Cleveland site, the casino is going to be in the old Higbee building and they are building a Welcome Center as well with a bridge connecting the two. I went to this site to see the planning of it, http://planning.city.cleveland.oh.us/designreview/drcagenda/2011/08192011/index.php But what exactly is phase 2 going to be along W Huron Rd? I've seen the rendering pictures of it and watched the video on Cleveland.com.
