They have exactly matched a clear blue sky I've never seen a building so completely fade away like SW.

I seem to recall that a "foundation permit" was issued on this project several weeks ago. That made no sense to me unless the developer was able to do foundation work at the same time they were moving the sewer line. Does anyone know if the sewer line work is complete and/or if any foundation work has been completed?

Watching the construction cam. They have begun exterior cladding work again and moving at a pretty good pace also.

Well, we will see today what kind of balls the CFP committee has. Michigan Washington Fla St and Texas have earned top 4 spots. But that would leave the SEC out. My guess is somebody is gonna get screwed.

In all my years on this forum, I have yet to see a final product that didn't look better than the renderings.

Tornado damage?

Drove by Library Lofts yesterday. Framing has started on fifth floor of the apartments. This project to me has been underwhelming all along.....and slow construction, but it is beginning to have a presence on Euclid. Hoping it turns out better than the renders.

Hope Bridgeworks followed by Bedrock phase 1.

Dan Gilbert is not in the surface parking lot business. Something will happen here and I suspect it will be relatively soon. Just look at his history here and in Detroit.

Construction pace has really picked up. About 6 days per floor now. From the construction cam view, the UO lounge should disappear about Thursday.

Anyone been by Library Lofts lately? There has been no news or pictures for several weeks.
